- TTTaraMay 22, 20261.0I went to the Dunkin’ on Willow Creek Road across from the hospital, and honestly, I have never been more disappointed by a chain coffee shop. I go out for coffee because I do not have what I need to make it at work, so when I stop somewhere, I expect to at least get something drinkable. Apparently, that was asking for too much. I asked for my coffee light and sweet, which I thought was a pretty basic coffee request. Clearly not. The guy taking my order had no idea what I meant, and I had to explain it several times. That should have been my first sign to just leave. When I got to work and tasted it, it was awful. Bitter, barely any cream, and definitely no sugar. I opened the cup to check, and it honestly looked like someone waved the creamer near the coffee and called it good. I hate bitter coffee, so the whole thing went straight in the trash. Total waste of money and time. I will not recommend this location, and I definitely will not be back. Go to Circle K down the street and make it yourself.

Has his boxers/underwear showing while he turns his back to waste your time doing absolutely nothing, while wearing no name tag! I’m a former Barista from a large coffee chain and would never have provided the most unprofessional service I received today (05/12/2026) from this location. Drinks were made not to standard which is advertised in the Dunkin Donuts app.
