Everything about this location is refreshing, portioning is fantastic, food tastes amazing, and the service was excellent. Overall 6/5 Stars!
- SCS CMay 21, 20262.0I usually save my reviews for positive feedback. However, this location has terrible customer service. I come here maybe every other week or a couple times a month. Going to the Prescott Valley location really put into perspective how low quality the service is here. You're never greeted, the kids don't make eye contact and it's clear they want you to get your food and get out. They all seem to have attitudes. Usually this location is out of one or more things as well. Like I said, I don't like to leave negative reviews but this has been an on-going experience for several months. It makes it such an unpleasant experience, yet I love chipotle for a quick easy meal for the night which is why I keep coming back. I get it a job usually for teenagers but I think this location could be doing better at setting these kids up for success in the job world by teaching them important customer service skills. Lol I sound like a boomer. But for real. Do better.
