  Food is fine, but the lack of concern for 9 out of 12 tables being dirty (food obviously left from previous customers all over the tables) was very off putting. So we ate outside where only a couple tables were dirty. The countertop by the cash register wasn't much better. Clean surfaces please!!

  This location needs serious help, and based on the reviews it seems it’s needed help for some time and management only pretends they care about it. My partner and I ordered ahead on the app after we both finished work, thinking we were just going to be able to swing by and grab dinner so we didn’t have to cook. Inside there was one employee (young man with dark hair and ponytail, bless him) working his heart out while two other employees did virtually nothing as the line grew and grew as the online orders were neglected and walk ins were prioritized. It was so bad, people were canceling, walking out and Doordashers were having to take a penalty for canceling the orders they were meant to pick up for other people. It took FIFTY MINUTES from the time we placed our order (on the app, mind you) till we got our food. We nearly took the loss ourselves, but it’s too close to payday and Chipotle had already taken our money. Whoever is running this store should be utterly ashamed of themselves. Hire better staff, give that one guy a raise, and prioritize online orders. Absolutely outrageous experience. We have our order confirmation and will be submitting a formal complaint on the app.

  The cashier was very rude today. I asked if I could use my app and she huffed an fluffed loudly and canceled my order to have me scan it. She slike very low and had to repeatedly ask her what she said. I then asked for a large drink. She kept asking if my app said large drink. I said idk and I'm not asking to use a reward, I just want to orfer a large drink. She then said let me see the app and proceeded to give me a small drink. I just took it to get out of there and said thank you, and she ignored responding to me. What a rude and ugly person. Should not be working in any customer facing job.

  They give the smallest scoops for any portion. I asked for half brown rice and half white rice and the gave a sprinkle of each. They only gave half a scoop of beans too. On top of that they were rude when I asked for chips and salsa. Its not worth $22 for a burrito bowl and chips. Don't come here....

  The low rating is because: 1) they were out of forks 2) one of the lemonade drinks was out 3) several tables were dirty and needed to be cleaned 4) during slow time when no customer was in line, there were ~ 6 staff standing around talking. If I were the owner, I’d make sure the staff and I had a conversation about customer satisfaction. If I were the manager on duty, I’d make sure someone was running out to get forks and another was out cleaning tables, asking customers if everything was good, keeping the drink station filled and cleaned. Little things make big impressions.
