- AFAl FoAug 16, 20261.0Placed online order on their website. Location was out of chips and were not able to refund me or provide me with a way to get a refund for the missing items. They told me to go through the app I ordered on. I informed them that I placed the order on their website not on an app. Asked for a number to call as there is no number listed on the website. Had to wait over 12 minutes to get the phone number to call. When o got the phone number and left I tried to call the number provided only to realize the phone number was missing a digit. Had to turn around and go back to the location to get the phone number again. It should not be this difficult to get a refund on a missing item from an online order through your website. Will not be ordering again.

Every single time we go there, which is often, their customer service is terrible right off the bat. Mostly almost always they are out of cooked meat and they refuse to make more which I have 3 kids to feed as well so the food is not just being prepared for 1 person. There have even been times when they have said they were out of cheese. When we do get the food made, the rice under cooked and the meat is over cooked. The staff is not friendly or personable by any means, including the management. I would love if they had someone higher up on the totem pole to put the place in check and correct all the issues. It could be a nice, good restaurant.

I’m pretty I have received Costco samples larger than the scoops of rice, meat, and cheese I got in my bowl. Didn’t help that the ice machine was broken… again! And due to lack of dollar bills I got over $5 back in quarters and dimes. Honestly was so tough it was almost comical to me but the workers acted like it’s just the daily normal.
