  This is by far the worst Taco Bell I’ve ever visited. 99.9% of the time the food is cold and not good at all. I honestly don’t know how this restaurant is as busy as it is because the food quality isn’t good. Also anytime you ever get any type of special sauce, like Avocado Ranch, Spicy Ranch or Nacho Cheese, that you have to pay extra for it’s never a useable amount it’s a complete and utter rip off.

  So sad. They were busy. I ordered 4 tacos at drive thru. I politely placed my order, the window person handed me my drink and then my bag. I noticed grease on he bottom of my bag. Drove around to park and inspect my bag. 4 tacos were tossed into the bag. Barely wrapped. The tacos were completly out of paper wrappers and all ingredients were at the bottom of my bag. Empty shells on top. I went back in and they gave me 4 new tacos properly wrapped. I guess someone was having a bad day.

  Paid 41$ for dinner and received 4 out of 8 of our food items tried to call no answer multiple times and voicemail is full and we live 30 minutes away

  Employees should not be parking their personal cars in the mobile pickup spots, especially during dinner rush. I went to Taco Bell on Tuesday night and the WRX that is always there, so I'm assuming it's an employee. Vehicle was parked in the mobile pickup spots. I don't care if the employees have to go park in the Safeway parking lot. Do not take up customer parking or you will be losing business.

  This isn’t even fast food anymore, takes them a half hour to make a few tacos, what’s the point? Called the manager to let her know about all the employees standing around and instead of acknowledging that, she began to tell me everyone was working, which they weren’t. Take accountability for your mistakes, customers shouldn’t have to wait 20-30 minutes for crunchy tacos. The manager could’ve taken accountability for the employees standing around and said you’ll look into it instead of completely denying the fact that they were doing absolutely nothing. Since you don’t want to take accountability about your employees standing around doing nothing, here’s a review so people think twice before coming here.
