  Seriously RUDE girl working Jema .. I asked to use the restroom..NO.. Who doesn'thave a public restroom?? and I asked for help with the app and was treated like I asked for something ridiculous. I am very upset.. there was a very nice gentleman that came out & helped Clinton... But the young lady was walking around Screaming @ he friends & couldn't bother to come answer my question for my order... nonsense.. especially with all the 1☆ ratings.

  Extremely pissed. I asked for a large refresher with NO ICE, and EXTRA PUREE. It gets delivered with the cup literally 80% ice and no extra puree. And because I got it delivered, I can't get it fixed. Reading comprehension is key!!!!!

  Lady in the drive-through with blonde hair and freckles was very rude and disrespectful did not pay attention to what I ordered in the drive-through interrupted me while I was talking then when I went to ask for a sauce, she gave me one sauce and said that she had to charge me two dollars for another one which I came to sonic the other day on my lunch break and an employee never charged me for sauce was also very unresponsive to her job was talking to other employees laughing while my food was sitting on the counter, getting cold in the drive-through window I’m not spending my hard earned money on cold food. It’s called fast food for a reason not laughing joke with employees while the customers food is getting cold on the counter because you’re not paying attention to your job.

  Come for the icecream and end up having to wait in line for 30+ minutes at the drive thru because the teenagers running Sonic would rather spend time chatting with their friends in the parking lot rather than do what their paid for. I get that it’s probably their first jobs but come on there needs to be a manager on shift for close that actually does their job. After finally getting my icecream it’s melted and theirs icecream and whipped cream all over my cup and now my car. The careless attitude and lack of attention is ridiculous.
