- NVnando vasquezMay 11, 20261.0I understand that prices have gone up due to inflation and increased shipping costs, but there is no excuse for selling dying flowers at premium prices. During my visit, the majority of the roses and arrangements looked wilted or already past their prime. A dozen roses were priced at $60, despite clearly being in poor condition. Another customer nearby even commented that the prices were “insane,” which confirmed I wasn’t the only one shocked by the quality-to-price ratio. I politely asked the cashier if any discount could be offered because the roses were visibly dying, but I was told no. I then spoke with the manager and asked how they could justify charging full price for flowers in that condition. His response was simply that “that’s how everything came in, and that’s the price.” Poor quality combined with unwillingness to work with customers is disappointing, especially for a business that depends on freshness and presentation. I cannot recommend purchasing flowers here based on this experience.

I also stopped last year doing pick up orders. 5 times i tried everytime order was messed up. Mentioned to the gal at service desk she acted like she could care less!
