  We order from Jimmy John's fairly often and are usually happy with our food. Today, not only was the drive-thru wait extremely long, but the sandwiches were terrible. The bread was hard and tasted like it was made a couple of weeks ago. It was so dry it was crunchy. Very disappointed.

  Ordered a $60 order through the app and kept tracking it, after 20 minutes it still didn't show completed so I pulled up to the drive-thru picked up my order which took them about 3 minutes to give to me drove about 10 minutes home and a bag of chips was not included in the order. I didn't want to have to drive back to get it with the construction. I guess I should have checked the order to make sure everything was there since they don't know how to do their job. Then when I called this kid kept calling me "my man" and "boss" which is very annoying and a sign of disrespect, then said he would credit me the chips and when my wife took a bite of her gyro I was still on the phone with him and told him what she told me that it was soggy and gummy and the kid said that they make everything to Perfection and I was late picking up my order! Even though when I tracked it, it said it wasn't ready yet and I just pulled up to the drive through anyways! Very rude customer service telling me the sandwich was made to Perfection and it's my fault so Jimmy John's has lost my business. I will never be going back there again not even get my bag of chips that I paid for that they forgot to give me. The manager should have got on the phone and made this right instead of having this kid argue with me. Why didn't the app update and tell me to come pick up my order when it was supposedly done?

  Great sandwich but quite expensive for retired people. Definitely better than Subway. Probably would return since fireman’s sub is gone!!😩😩

  Supposedly these guys are freaky fast....not so much! But the sandwiches are still great.

  Freaky fast took 25 minutes in line after placing the online order 1/2 an hour ahead. So much for the half a hour lunch break I had.
