They put one, single slice of brisket on the Smoked Brisket and the Kickin Chicken Ranch was 90% lettuce. We were both so disappointed that we’ll NEVER go back to this PV location.

- EHEdwin HundsdorferJul 30, 20263.0Told the kid behind the counter my order. I speak English but apparently he didn't hear No Tomatoes. So of course my sandwich was wrong. So I went back up and request a remake. You would figure that would have been the end of it. Think again. The attitude of these kids working now a days have Zero respect for their elders. Remake the sandwich without the freaking attitude and the comments under your breath. Because I may be old, but I can hear just fine. Respect goes a long way in this worlds. At least for some of us that still hold these values to be true.

The staff need retraining or need replacement
