  Don’t bother asking for mayonnaise packets in the drive through, they literally NEVER put them in the bag. I drive 20 minutes just to eat here for them to always forget something.

  Told the kid behind the counter my order. I speak English but apparently he didn't hear No Tomatoes. So of course my sandwich was wrong. So I went back up and request a remake. You would figure that would have been the end of it. Think again. The attitude of these kids working now a days have Zero respect for their elders. Remake the sandwich without the freaking attitude and the comments under your breath. Because I may be old, but I can hear just fine. Respect goes a long way in this worlds. At least for some of us that still hold these values to be true.

  For the second time, their people have screwed up our order, guy did not read back the order after ordering and all three sandwiches were wrong, two sandwiches were the complete wrong ones and the 3rd sandwich was NOT made correctly.... The staff need retraining or need replacement

  I have been to this location twice in the last 2 months. The first time, the order was placed online. I arrived about 25 minutes after the order was placed only to find that it hadn't even been made yet. They had one person in the store waiting to pick up an order as well. My husband didn't complain about his sandwich but I did notice the skimpy amount of meat. I don't know what good this will do because I noticed all the previous complaints about this store and clearly nothing has changed dispute all the responses to complaints say that it will be looked into yet here we are, complaining about all the same things! The second time I went in, I placed the order directly with the store. I was the only one in the place but there were 2 cars in the drive thru. I still waited a decent amount of time to get one sandwich. The sandwich was at least wrapped however it was not put in a bag, nor was a napkin or anything else. Looks like we will be joining the group of others who find this stores lack of everything customer focused and take our money elsewhere. We expected a lot more from Jimmy Johns. Our interaction with them in Gilbert, AZ was always amazingly good. Prescott Valley location really sucks.
