  We just came through the drive thru and the service was disgusting I don't know what her name was but we came through at 916 and we were originally getting our order taken by a soft-spoken gentleman and it was going fine when all of a sudden she starts asking if we wanted anything else while we were in the middle of ordering with the guy and from there she was very disrespectful just being very short and just bad customer service from whoever she was. It was really good food though at least it wasnt a complete let down.

  Dissatisfied with my takeout meal. 3 tiny rolled tacos that completely fell apart before I could even take a bite. They replaced that mess with a tasty bowl...but I had to go allaway back to the store. Much better.

  Carcinogens. Carcinogens for dinner. This reminds me of the first time I cooked for my husband and he ate the burnt Brussels sprouts and the dry chicken. He was very distracting but he ate it and said it was still good! Well, I picked off the whole side of my chicken burrito that was burnt. Good on the inside, fewer carbs. Please don’t burn the tortillas THIS much. Or if you do, just know some people don’t eat burnt food and throw it away. But not while it’s still smoldering; that would be dangerous. That’s all I have to say. Feed the flame, not the char! 😉😂

  Im rrally disappointed in el pollo loco prescott valley. Im not shocked at all brcausr most every fast food chain in PV is terrible. Two times ive ordered through uber eats leaving notes to give me salsa and nothing. Who wants mexican good without salsa? Not this guy. It hasnt been much better going into the establishment eithr. We liked el pollo lovos in anthem and phoenix so much i wpulf havr my fiance bring ne home a burrito on her eay back but this el pollo loco is killing my love for the chain

  El Pollo Loco has changed. It used to be that you walked in and right behind the counter was a person grilling fresh chicken. Not so much now. They still have some of the same offerings but it now resembles Taco Bell style food. Little expensive for the lack of quality.I got a loaded queso quesadilla that had very little chicken...lots of weird cheese like substance. I won't go back.
