    This is my favorite Coffee shop! It has taken way too long for me to finally write a review, especially for how much I like Dutch. Now the line can get long do to the design. It can also be slow at times, mainly because this isn't Phoenix and they don't have 10 people on deck at all hours. Aside from that everything else is great! Everyone there is so friendly and it really brightens a long hard day of work. Some of my favorite people include Mekelle, Ben, Rose, Levi, Riley, Justen, and many more! Even though it's a few seconds to a few minute greeting, being able to vent and talk with someone is really uplifting. Also hearing them vent, or talk about their day-to-day life, makes the interactions all that more relatable and down to earth compared to other coffee shops. To all the staff at the PV Dutch, thank you for making the long days less taxing, the long drives more enjoyable, and great drinks to relax with. See you all tomorrow 🤟🏼

    This location specifically is the worst I've ever been to. I live in this town and I absolutely love Dutch Bros but PV location always ends up disappointing me in some way. Today I got my free drink and I got the CPB cold brew and it comes with cream it says right there on the menu in the app and the girl at the front doubted me made me feel like I didn't know what I was talking about and asked me do you want me to add cream? And I said it comes with cream so I need you to remake it. She took it from me but she had this attitude about it and when the guy remade it, it basically tasted like cream barely any flavor whatsoever. This is not the first time I've had these issues happen and while most people are nice when they take my order it's the ones at the window that are the most disappointing. I end up going to the location in Prescott on Willow Creek road because they are the absolute best over there.

    Since it’s just a driver’s or walkup window, the atmosphere is as one would expect. Both were clean and free of obstacles for wheelchair access to the walkup window. Customer service has always been great at this location, on Hwy 69, and I’ve rarely had a bad coffee which I also count as a plus. If I’ve ever had a drink that didn’t taste quite right, they’ve fixed it without any bad facial expressions or words and made sure it was to my satisfaction which always has been. I do take advantage of the Dutch Bros points towards free drinks and I suggest anyone of you to do the same. Especially with prices these days. So I enjoy stopping by and getting my daily coffee. Have at times stopped on the way home for another cup! lol. Also suggest using the order ahead part of the app if you’re short on time. Give them a few mins’ heads up and you’re sipping your drink in no time! Parking can be a bit of a challenge when there’s a long line of vehicles.

    The last 3 times I've gone in the morning I've sat in line for 30+ minutes with 4 or less cars in front of me. I'm not sure what has happened but sadly I won't be coming back. I can't put aside an hour just to sit in line. And I have done the order ahead and still waited about 30. Use to be nice and fast but the last few months in the morning it's slow. 6-7am for reference.
