- JDJ D2 days ago1.0In town for work. Paid for lunch for my team of 20. Spent over $200. While my colleague was picking up the order, the manager yelled at her because the order was too "big", and should have been catered. My colleague was upset and offended, leaving without all of the products we purchased. Unacceptable! Manager, you are in need of coping skills. This was not a productive example, undermining retention of customers / revenue, the opposite of a profit driven entity. Your manager...not a good representation of "Chik" service. We hope to experience better, if we choose to return. Thank you.

But it's the service I really appreciate! And unlike 5-guys or Chipotle, nobody is asking for a tip. They do it because it's right, and because it's a differentiator. Well done! I'll see you again soon.

I can’t believe they would hire someone so blatantly disrespectful to her coworkers, and others around her. I overheard some derogatory comments about Muslims and Hispanics as well. I heard the F word fall out of her mouth at least 5 times while I waited for my food. Disgusting. She shouldn’t be working there.

They told us they were out of french fries and asked if we would like anything to replace it, I said mac and cheese was fine and the girl at the register didnt even know how to ring up a free mac and cheese. The manager had to help her. After that the cashier said he could wait in the store or he could go back back to the curbside and she would have her coworker bring it out. They were busy so I didnt think much of it until, there were no customers at the registers and its been 20 minutes of sitting in the parking lot. My boyfriend goes back in just to find out it had been sitting on the counter because the worker at the register never told her coworkers to bring it out to us. The lack of communication and unprofessionalism this team had was ridiculous.
