Jose particularly is an awesome person and managed to still get me my breakfast order even though I was exactly a minute late at 10:31, I genuinely hope he gets recognized for going above and beyond. It may just be a breakfast meal to some but to me it was the kindness in letting me still get breakfast at 10:31 that was truly special for me. 5/5 highly recommend this location !!

We arrived around 8:45 PM after our daughters’ dance recital, believing the store was open until 10 PM, as Google states. Apparently, the dining area closes at 9. I would have been understanding about that if it was communicated to us. Instead, the cashier acted rude and put out by our presence, gave my daughter dirty looks for coughing, and didn’t say anything to kindly let us know they closed at 9. They put our food in carry out bags, which I thought was strange because, again, no one communicated the closing to us. We sat down to eat and then another worker came over and rudely said in a put out voice, “Guys, we close at 9.” I said, “The internet says 10.” And she said, “That’s why we put your food in bags.” I’m disappointed because, instead of assuming that people know your hours, a kind word would go a long way. I am used to kindness and lots of “My pleasure!” from this store, so it was very off putting. As usual, the food was good, so I can’t give one star, but I’m not sure I will be eating here for a while. I accept responsibility for not knowing their hours (maybe contact Google to fix that…), but we clearly didn’t know, so some kindness and patience is the bare minimum.
