I had the email and showed the corresponding email on the app. The app wasn't loading the in the store and the 2 guys working tonight werent willing to help me at all. I stood there for 10 minutes thinking they were trying to figure out how help me but no. I asked okay so what can we do and they asked me if I had figured it out. The app not working?? No I didnt hack your app and manage to fix the back end. I have no idea what they were expecting. And just left me standing there. The only customer in the entire store. Until I eventually just walked away. Over 1 scoop of ice cream. I will never be back.

We bought 4, 2 scoop ice creams and they are all hallowed out, (not even a full scoop) and not worth the money. I see why they have a 2 star review. They were also out of ice creams, which makes no sense. SMH. Small town, they should do better. We will stick to the thrifty ice cream at the water store in the Safeway plaza. Not only this, but dude should be wearing gloves, and washing his hands, especially when giving samples, neither of which he did. If ppl stopped going here they’d shut down. Maybe the owner needs to do some serious training and inventory because this place is pathetic. No wonder DQ is wrapped around the building - way better selection and you get a full scoop/cup.

First time seeing and dealing with this employee today and if I walk in any time in the future and she’s working then I’ll leave. Brown haired very short female with glasses. She is rude. Ordered my pint and what I order always has to be fresh packed because they don’t pre-pack pints of the flavor I order. She proceeds to point to the freezer up front and says “it’s in there”. I look and ofc it’s not in there because there’s only quarts in there and none of which are the flavor I order. I tell her it’s not in there and she rolls her eyes at me and comes around the counter to look into the freezer because apparently she thinks I’m too stupid to see. Like I said, it wasn’t in there. She then said she would get it from the back even though the flavor is right in the case and all she has to do is scoop it into a pint container. She spends 5 more minutes of my time fooling around in the back only to come back out and finally begin to pack my pint of world class chocolate. Then proceeded to have a snotty petty attitude the rest of the transaction. I love BR but this employee is a terrible addition to the current staff there.

Can I sign up my children and other family members for the Birthday Club?
Yes. Each Birthday Club account can have only one primary person (age 13 and up); however, members can add up to 5 other family members to their accounts easily.

After I sign up for the Birthday Club, how do I edit my account information?
Editing your account information is easy. Just sign in to your account in the BR App, tap the pink spoons icon, and click My Account to make the necessary edits.
I forgot my Birthday Club password. How do I log in?
You’ll need to reset your password. Visit our “Log In” page in the BR App or online and click “Forgot Password”. We’ll ask for your email address and will send you an email where you can create a new password. Still having trouble? Contact Consumer Care at 800-859-5339 and we’ll give you a hand.
How do I remove a family member from my Birthday Club account?
To remove a family member, log in to your account in the BR App or online and go to “Family Members.” Then, click “Remove” next to the family member’s name. A window will pop up. Select “Remove” again to confirm the deletion.
