  Arby's is my favorite fast food restaurant and the only one I usually frequent. However, I was very disappointed today. I ordered from the drive thru the new cheesesteak sandwich and it had very little meat. Additionally, I ordered the potato cakes and they were cold, old and inedible.

  Well, the size of their sandwiches have shrunken to the size of McDonald's cheeseburgers. And the Manager here is extremely rude.. dry meat tasted microwaved.. You pay for extra items on your sandwich and expect to get what you paid for .. then you ask me manager.If there's anything she can do about it , which there is , and she refuses , because apparently she's going to save the entire corporation by skimping on my onions straws.. That's not the way to get returned customers.Maybe corporate will notice and have a word with her
