  I had two online orders and came to pick them up around 9:00 PM. When I walked into the restaurant, I was not greeted. I had to call the young lady over four times before she finally came to assist me. Once she came over, I politely asked if I could get fresh fries because the fries I received were cold. She immediately gave me attitude, stood there with her arms crossed, and then walked away. She and another employee then proceeded to go to the restroom area, leaving me and three other customers waiting. While there, she was cussing and banging on the bathroom door for another employee to come help. The only employee who was professional and helpful was, I believe, Marquise. He handled the situation appropriately and treated customers with respect. What concerned me even more was that while my fries were being remade, neither employee appeared to be wearing gloves, and their backs were turned while they continued using inappropriate language. Due to the unprofessional behavior and what I observed while my food was being prepared, I honestly did not feel comfortable eating my food or trust that it had been handled properly. I am currently 39 weeks pregnant, and this experience was extremely stressful and disappointing. The customer service was unacceptable, and it was one of the worst experiences I have had at this location. I hope this matter is addressed so that future customers are treated with more professionalism and respect.

  disgusting management practices overheard the lady at the front refuse to give someone in need of water a water from their fountain. Apparently it's their new policy ? it's arizona, it's 100 degrees outside and we're in the middle of global catastrophes and record inflation and yall think it's cute to turn down your noses to those less fortunate. Shameless greedy behavior i won't be stepping foot in another wingstop again and i'll be advising my local community to do the same do better

  This review is for this location. Wing Stop in general is pretty decent, especially for a fast casual and reasonable priced place. I have been going to this location for probably around 2 years hear and there because they are conveniently close and open late when I am working in the are. The issue is that the quality is much lower here than other locations. For example, I like getting some garlic parm wings at the one by my house and they are good, here they are dry and lack flavor. Another issue is that often times the frys are over cooked and almost never have much seasoning on them. I just got some wing last nigh and was glad to see that I actually got a good amount of sauce (buffalo and BBQ) but the chicken was dry (probably over cooked) and the frys were so bad I couldn't eat them (other locations the frys are actually pretty good). I will say around a year or 2 ago the staff seemed pretty unprofessional, but lately they have seemed to look like they are trying and have a good attitude. I am not normally one to complain or post bad reviews, but this place just let me down to much and to many times. I will either travel to a further one or just get something else. May e I will try them again in 6 months- a year and see if they can improve instead of constantly getting worse as far as food goes.

  1. Never make your order correct a. ive order several times and every time the order is wrong. Wrong type of wings, flavor even the wrong meal all together. I got a sandwich instead of wings... 2. Terrible communication skills a. no phone skills, no accountability, no manager...ever 3. False promises on wait times I can keep going or you guys can be better. All the other Wingstops in the valley are pretty good.
