  I came in yesterday My host was AIYANA.. I ordered a 10 piece classic all flats combo I waited for my order and as I waited, I watched One of your employees I believe her name was Victoria cough over 4 orders! And continuously coughed and nobody checked her, Nobody stopped her, told her to wash her hands, or to stop making the orders. She then goes over to the fryer and Poor chicken out as she’s doing that she’s coughing all over that chicken l, and wiping her face/mouth (no gloves being used)🤮so whoever had their order made, and she was working yesterday will be sick because she was sniffling and coughing. I then ask them were they going to get rid of the chicken in the fryer that she coughed over and make those 4 orders over and they told me no! I asked for refund (which nobody knew how to do) so one of the employees called I’m guessing the supervisor or the manager I’m hoping someone will review the cameras because it was absolutely disgusting and they all thought it was funny. I will be calling the health department! You guys probably need to do a class on foodborne illnesses, coming to work while you’re sick, and making sure you’re washing your hands in between orders, etc

  I always place a mobile order because I expect it to save time, but almost every time I arrive I’m told it’ll be another 15 minutes. This isn’t a one-time issue—it’s happened repeatedly. If the order isn’t going to be ready when the app says it will, the estimated pickup time should be updated instead of having customers wait after they’ve already driven there. The food is usually good, but the consistently inaccurate pickup times make the mobile ordering experience frustrating.

  Added ranch to my order, because who doesn’t have ranch with their wings? Didn’t get it. So when I asked for a refund, the manager at the time quoted me that it could take up to 2 weeks to receive it. When I called again, almost 3 weeks had past and still never received it. New management is there now and stated they would start the process again - it should take 3 days. Well, I called at the 5 day mark (because I have a whole job that keeps me busy), and another manager that also claimed he was new, was rude to me and gave me the process of their return policy. When I checked him about it’s been a MONTH, and I still haven’t received it, he told me to come in - told him I can’t guarantee it due to work. We’re going on a month and a half and I STILL HAVENT RECEIVED MY REFUND. Location is trash, takes forever to get your order, and it’s not the first time my order was incorrect, and looks like I will NEVER see my refund. I’ll never come here again.
