- JGJosue GomezSep 17, 20261.0I placed my order on the app and payed for it when I got to the restaurant it said ready to pick up and I get there the screen inside says ready and they say it’ll be out shortly but it took 30 minutes I had a very disappointing experience at this Wingstop location on 7th Ave in Arizona. I placed my order about 10 minutes before arriving, and by the time I got there, the app showed that my food was ready. I also checked the screen inside the restaurant, and it showed that my order was ready. When I asked about my order, I was told it would be out shortly. I ended up waiting another 30 minutes before receiving my food. I understand that restaurants can get busy, but if an order is marked as ready, customers should not have to wait that long without an explanation or update. I also asked for my receipt because I was trying to get my free fries. However, Lydia completed the survey using my receipt, which meant I was unable to complete the survey myself or write my own review/complaint about my experience. I felt that this prevented me from properly providing feedback about what happened. On top of that, I felt that Lydia was rude and did not take my concerns or my time seriously. The whole experience was frustrating, especially after waiting 30 minutes for an order that was already marked as ready. I’m leaving this review because I hope management looks into what happened, including how the survey was handled and the customer service I received. Customers should be treated respectfully, and there should be better communication when orders are delayed.
