  I really love this Wingstop and normally enjoy coming here, which is why my last couple of experiences have been disappointing. The last time I ordered, my Cajun corn was missing. While I was picking up my food, I grabbed some straws and the employee at the counter told me the straws were already in the bag. When I got home, there were no straws and no Cajun corn. Today, I ordered four 6-piece combos. Because of what happened last time, I made sure to check my order before leaving. I noticed I was missing two orders of fries. When I brought it to the employee’s attention and showed her my receipt, she kept telling me the order only came with two fries. I explained that I ordered four combo meals and even pointed out that I had four drinks, four ranches, and four containers of wings, so clearly there should have been four orders of fries. Instead of simply double-checking, she continued disagreeing with me and then said, “I just work at the counter, I’ll get my manager.” The manager came over, checked the order, and gave me the two missing fries. I appreciate that the manager corrected the issue, but the orders really need to be checked more carefully while they’re being bagged. I also feel the employee at the counter could be more self-aware of how she speaks to customers and of her body language. The way she spoke to me made me feel like I was wrong for pointing out something that was clearly missing. I still love Wingstop and this location, which is exactly why this was so disappointing. I just hope they improve the accuracy of their orders and the customer service at the front counter.

  The staff was rude, said if I took a survey I would get a free ranch, survey never popped up and still had to use my rewards. I would have preferred them to just make it right after placing 2 orders with them. My last trip there was hair in my French fries, not sure if I'll be returning to this location

  I had an issue with uber eats over the weekend and Lupe, the wingstop manager, was the best! Seriously though, she indeed does care about her customers!

  The Method you have chose to pay online is very insecure I have not purchased products with wing stop since these pay now options and now asking every one to invest in more secure methods or return to pay on receipt as last time I purchased I was placed on hour wait list Employees acting like like racist kids holding your meal because of who you are I would have dropped the order if they had t done this as the meal took 45 minutes to make with 0 calls for orders comming in for half the time I sat waiting for my meal Employees were seen chatting instead of making meals
