  Zero stars !!!! If you’re interested in getting sick this is the place to go 💯 Very disappointing and concerning experience. My wife and I both ate at this location last night, and we both woke up extremely sick this morning. We have had severe, headache and constant trips to the bathroom, weakness, stomach discomfort, and I have feel absolutely awful. I was so sick that I had to miss work today. I specifically requested my wings well-done, yet some of the wings had feathers and some of the skin was unusually soggy. I also work in the food industry and understand the importance of proper food handling and cooking procedures. What upset me even more was contacting the manager. I explained that both my wife and I were sick, that I had to miss work, and that I was concerned about a possible food-safety issue. The manager seemed to have very little concern and when I asked for a refund, I was told they would “see what they can do. I am extremely disappointed with both the food and the way my concerns were handled. I will be reporting this incident to the health department so it can be properly investigated. Customers deserve to feel confident that the food they’re being served is being handled and prepared safely. Very concerning how the manager handles these types of situations as well, When I ask for a refund they respond “ we’ll see what we can do”. Seriously very unprofessional!!

  Very bad service! Did an online order and was charged extra for ranch and called to get a refund and I spoke to a manager and was told I can get extra ranch my next order they would write it in the books and I declined and asked for a refund atleast on the extra ranch I was charged I got the 30 wing combo with no ranch. They stated I would get refunded in 7 to 10 business days but was not asked what my name was or my card info very unprofessional will not be going back to this location

  Pretty disappointed in my experience today. I waited roughly 5-10 minutes in front of the order area before leaving. Had anyone acknowledged that I was there, I would’ve been more than happy to wait until someone could help me but instead 0 out of the 5 or 6 team members said anything. Not even a hi welcome in.

  I went last night to pick up my order and I got disgusted seeing a couple of cockroaches crawling by the cashiers area and really close to the kitchen completely lost my appetite.

  This place is absolutely terrible. The service is trash. Tried to serve me cold ahh fries and get an attitude when you ask for fresh fries. Every soda tastes like water, no sweet tea available. And who th put all This damn oil on dry rub seasoning. I literally had to take my wings out the oil to pat them dry. That’s too much damn oil spiking up calories. Food was really disgusting.
