  Carolinà was absolutely amazing! She treated me and my brothers with total care and amazing customer service! If I had to choose a wingstop to visit at 12am it would definitely be this one because she ate down and served with excellent service 🫶🏻🎀 thank you diva for serving

  People helping were awesome and fast. Absolutely loved that I got like a pint of ranch with my 24wing deal. The cajon wings are horrible though.

  They haven't managed to get a single order correct for me whenever I order through ubereats. They also aren't very good at reading directions because multiple times I've ordered extra seasoning for the fries and the corn, and the items always show up barely seasoned. Y'all seasoning your food with thoughts and prayers or something?

  The one at greenway and 32nd street the workers here are very kind and treat us very well. Especially the manager here Carolina is the kindest and always keeps the place nice and clean honestly she deserves a raise.

  Ordered a delivery from this store through the Wingstop website. We ordered a couple different meals/deals. In total, we should have received 30 boneless wings (12 mango habanero, 12 mild, and 6 garlic parmesan), 4 sauces, 1 order of fries, 1 order of corn, and 1 Coke. We did not receive the 6 garlic parmesan wings, the fries, or the coke. And in addition, the mild wings were very over cooked and did not have sauce on them. I called the store, the first time it rang for a good few minutes before I hung up and tried again a few minutes later. When I finally got through to someone and explained, he tried to argue with me that "sometimes the mild sauce just looks like clear water, but it's there." No dude, there was no liquid. They were dry. I always order the mild wings, I know what sauce looks like on a wing. There was no sauce. They were dry, over cooked, and disgusting. He eventually asked if I just wanted a refund for the missing food, and I said that would be great. He took my information and told me he had to get it approved by his district manager, and that my husband or I would get a call back later that day or in a day or two. It's now been about 3 weeks and there has been no call, and no refund. 68% of Americans live paycheck to paycheck. My family is one of those. I cook most nights, so when we have a little extra money to spend on a nice meal that I don't have to cook for my family, it is devastating when we don't get some of what we paid for, on top of half of what we did get being inedible. And then the employee dropped the ball and give me some bs excuse about a refund just to get me off the phone when he knew that wasn't going to actually happen. The employees at this location can't be trusted. Just because we ordered delivery through the website doesn't mean that we don't deserve the quality food that we paid for. When people are paying their hard earned money for food, if you cook it incorrectly, you cook it again. You don't just give them the crap food because they aren't actually there to see what it looks like until it gets delivered to them and then it isn't your problem because you know, since it was delivery, they won't actually come in to complain.
