  I just ate at this Wingstop location off of 43rd Ave. in McDowell area. Saw a roach climbing down the wall and climbed behind the beverage area. Have a video of it. I told the worker there and showed her a video. And they don’t seem to have cared about it. They just all continue to work. Nobody even took the time to look for that roach or even try to take it out. It’s kind of gross. Could only imagine if there was a roach in the kitchen and if these workers let it be. Got to do something about this Wingstop. I don’t think I’ll ever come back to this location because of the disgusting environment.

  Walked in at 12:15 when they close at 1am & Kathy was very rude and tried telling us we would not be able to eat due to them closing. She was unprofessional, rude, and blamed it on her being tired . The restaurant was dirty and hot, there also was a leak in the roof. Would not recommend this location due to the lack of good customer service.

  Re Train your cooks, asked for well done and still under cooked, oil is not hot enough, flavor isn’t sticking… please this the third time…

  Do not got here , all the employees are slackers. Your order never turns out right , they always miss something. Never give you the ranch that is already paid for or included make you drive home and notice what's missing go back for what was not in the order and still rejecting giving you the missing items you already paid for . Im always having issues with these slakers and the attitude don't help at all . They should be fire i definitely do not recommend goin here , sloppy service you'll get .THE WORST WING STOP i have been in , they should get better employees you are serious about the service this clowns should be replaced. Never go here !

  I placed an order for delivery through the wingstop app and didn't get the full order. All the sides and dips were missing so we couldn't enjoy the meal specially without ranch. The driver said he'd go back and get it but never returned. Called the location directly and an employee confirmed the rest of my order was still there and the driver never went back, which I think they used doordash for their deliveries so I won't blame them for that. But I had to try calling about 4 times to finally got in contact with a manager. He assured me they'd be refunding the full order since I was unable to pick it up myself and they could not deliver the rest. It's been about a month now and still no refund processed. Every time the family mentions wingstop for dinner now I shut it down, don't really want to spend my money there anymore.
