  The young man was friendly knowledgeable and courteous. He made a nice comment that my perfume reminded him of his nana!! Im only 45!!! 🤣🤣🤣 The food was hot and plentiful. The dining area was clean and so was the soda fountain. Thank you for such a great experience.

  Stopped in today for a quick meal today, considering how busy this location was when I walked in I was impressed at how efficiently managed the location was. Service was the best ive seen from any fast food restaurant in a long time, even during the rush hour. The manager (Sylvia) was helping out in all departments making sure none of her teammates were falling behind. Definitely need more teams like this at all whataburger !

  It was the first time in a long time that I've stopped by and the manager Sylvia had given me the best experience yet! She took care of me from greeting in to the store, to making Sure I was set through and through . Customer service 10/10 !

  I love coming here the manager Sylvia always know how I like my burgers and always greet me with a friendly face. I recommend coming to This location for her solely. The rest of the staff seem great as well. My burger always comes out the way I ask and I am a particular gal!

  There's nothing like a fresh hot Whataburger, it's an experience in it of itself. Very sad to leave this review as my wife and I absolutely love Whataburger. We will still be customers but not at this location. They messed up an order, no biggie. We called, they apologized and said the next order was free. Then when my wife goes through the drive-thru they treat her like she is scamming the place for a free burger. She tried telling them her name and the order number, the manager didn't listen and instead referred to their "group chat" to see if my wife was telling the truth. It's over 115° today. My wife drives an older car that doesn't have the best air conditioning (might be why they didn't believe her?). They told her to sit infront of the drive thru, directly in the sun. She ended up paying for the meal just so she could leave. She came home in tears, my wife NEVER comes home in tears. This location hasn't been open long, we were so happy when it did. Now we'll have to drive an extra few miles again anytime we want Whataburger. We don't want a free order or our money back, we just want to be treated like people so we're not going back. The manager (Laura?) hung up on me when I called, as soon as she found out what I was calling about. Not to mention, unlike other (real) Whataburgers, this location flashes their burgers. My bad, flashing is a kitchen term. They pre cook the burger patties and reheat them when the order comes in. Don't believe me, go order a burger when they're slow. I tell no lies, only of a sad experience.
