  There's a lady there that was acting like a manager or assistant manager heard wearing a different colored shirts and all the other employees. Extremely rude. No respect for customers. I will go to social media with this lady was working on a Sunday afternoon about 5:00 p.m. and miserable I walked away with a smile, I went next door to Cafe Rio

  I'm not sure what is going on with Whataburger but it's literally turning into McDonald's in that they are beginning to constantly make very simple orders incorrectly. The people prepping the orders are the ones not paying attention to what the customers are requesting. I think they just see the menu item and not how the customers wanted their food customized. I placed the order in the lobby to go and didn't notice until I got home that it was incorrect. I as a customer shouldn't have to double check my order every time I order from your restaurants, do better.

  Ordered a take out order with the app, but when I got there there was a fairly long line. I waited for about 10 minutes, but was on my way to work, so I asked one of the other employees if I could grab my pickup order, which I could see was complete and sitting on their takeout rack. She told me I had to wait in line, lol. I said my food is ready and already paid for, and she just looked at me like I was stupid. Maybe I am stupid, that's not what we're here to talk about. Anyways, I waited another couple minutes and then had to leave to go to work. On the bright side Whataburger did refund it through the app. I don't understand the point of having the ability to order and pay through the app, if I still have to wait in line to get my food. Which I stared at for almost 15 minutes before I gave up.

  Great burgers nice and fresh with jalapeños and cheese ooof. Thank you team for today and shout out to Avion, sir helped us out when we waiting to ask for sauce at front counter. There was another girl there who was off shift, didnt bother to let her team know we needed something. Team should be following his example for keeping an eye out for customers! Good looking out, Awesome job!
