Since 1950, Whataburger has proudly served a bigger, better burger. It all started when a young entrepreneur named Harmon Dobson had a bold idea: to serve a burger so big that it took two hands to hold, and so good that after a single bite customers couldn't help but exclaim, “What a burger!” He named his humble burger stand in Corpus Christi, Texas, “Whataburger.” Over six decades later, we're still family owned and operated. Each and every Whataburger® is still made to order. We still use 100% pure beef and serve it on a big, toasted five-inch bun. And now, as we proudly serve burgers, chicken, salads and breakfast at more than 800 Whataburger locations across the country, that first burger stand is still close to our hearts.

- RJReggie John1 day ago5.0By far the best one I've been to in some time the service is excellent Shantel the manager is so polite and made sure everything was fresh I will keep coming to this restaurant also all of the staff is polite Kia had my order to perfection even when I asked for my Fry's well done
- DMDiana M2 days ago1.0Highly disappointed. Ordered ahead online to still wait 30 minutes inside. People that walked in after and ordered after got their order first. I did ask for my order a couple of times before it hit the 30 minutes thinking maybe it was sitting on the counter but they kept saying they were “working on it”. The manager Serena said to me “Well there were 40 orders ahead of yours” after I let her know I had been standing in the lobby waiting on an order that was past the quoted pick up time. Not sure what the service is like in the drive through but I’m pretty sure everyone in the lobby waited at least 40 minutes cause the person right behind me still waited another 20 minutes after I waited my 30.
- JLJenny L4 days ago5.0I had a great experience at the drive-thru today. The manager, Angie, greeted me warmly and took extra care to ensure my cup was completely clean before handing it over. I truly appreciate the excellent customer service and will definitely be back
- IAIone Arcadia5 days ago1.0Extremely long wait inside because of chicken strips. French frys were cold. I was told that the drive through comes first. Very rude employees, several of them were laughing at my situation. And the cashier was extremely rude , talking down to me in a loud voice. I will not be returning and I do not recommend this place to anyone! I've noticed most all the Whataburgers have really gone down in customer service! The food quality is poor and they just don't care. Definitely overpriced.
- AAAshleyAug 19, 20262.0Id like to be contacted by a manager Very disappointed to order extras for an upcharge and then not receive said extras I paid for an extra patty and an extra slice of cheese I didn't receive, I didn't think to open the burger and check that it was right at the store.. Ordered earlier today to eat for dinner, go to reheat it and noticed. Very disappointing
