  Third time I eaten at a whataburger and I can't get past the fact that everything I had is so sub par. Their burgers are mediocre at best.

  Frequently my order is wrong. I always get the patty melt no pepper sauce, extra onion. Most times it's made with sauce an no onions so infuriating!

  I just recently came to this location today went through the drive-through to order my food. We got home and we noticed our fries were missing as well as our chicken bites. I called the store to let them know and asked if they could remake all the food they did not hesitate and told me to come back. When I got there one of the cashiers called the manager Gabriel over to explain the situation. He was very sweet and very apologetic for this, he made all of our food fresh and even added a few extras 😊 This is the type of customer service we need more of. It was an honest mistake and they made it right. Gabriel Is a very kind person and I wish we had more people like this in the customer service world. Thank you again to the staff and manager Gabriel. I truly appreciate it.
