  i spent $40 on doordash here To treat myself because I haven’t ate anything all day and I was craving the buffalo chicken wrap and chipotle flatbread… Also spent extra money on sauce so I would like to see the sauce on the side so I can tell if there’s extra sauce on this , literally called the restaurant and asked if they could please put the dressings on the side and there is literally nothing on the side. There’s not extra chipotle sauce on this at all or extra ranch on my wrap . It is the most annoying thing ever to spend money on something pay extra to get it and you can’t even do that. Will not be Ordering from this location again. also to add, I included a picture from a different tropical smoothie that is my usual go to in Peoria With what I was supposed to receive from this place That told me they don’t put it on the side.

  I love the smoothies here! I also want to give a shout out to the District Manager CORY. He went above and beyond to bring back my wallet. I thought it was lost forever. I cant express enough how extremely grateful I am.

  Great experience right now at the Tropical Smoothy Cafe! We are taking 2 smoothies to our mama at the hospital. Nehemiah was so sweet and took the extra time to bag up our smoothies on ice so they would make it to the hostel nice and fresh! Plus they are delicious and made w fresh ingredients! Thx Nehemiah!!

  Went in today and the dude making my smoothie (wearing a hair covering and wired earbuds) seemed reluctant to take my order and then was very slow to make it, he rinsed off the cup after pouring the smoothie into it, there was still smoothie on the outside and the cup was soaking wet. Weird!

  I went today in at 330 to grab a bite to eat and smoothie. They were already closing. This would be the second time I go in and this happens. The chairs were put up on tables and the store looked close. I looked it up on google and seen they should be open till four so I walked in and they took my drink order. I asked the cashier if I could still order food and she told me no their oven was off already (Which honestly a half hour before closing is crazy). However I watched one of her coworkers make a whole wrap as I was waiting for my smoothie. I love this place but today absolutely left me uneasy. I gotta get in an hour before to be able to get my food it’s crazy.
