  Texaz Grill Is an amazing special kind of place where you walk in you’re at home immediately there’s a person strumming an acoustic guitar while you’re dining. The atmosphere is Amazing. Dina, my server, went above and beyond to make my dining experience perfect.

  I've been enjoying TexAz Grill's Chicken Fried Chicken Dinner ever since they opened in 1985; at that time, they were known as The Lone Star, but Lone Star Steakhouse chain restaurants made them choose a new name due to the chain's copyright restrictions. No matter; the food is still high-quality & their coleslaw tastes homemade. As for service, I ordered on-line & the helpful server helped me carry all that food (each of the three orders included: two pieces of chicken fried chicken; mashed potatoes; enough milk gravy for both; & baking powder biscuits!) to my car. This restaurant is a Phoenix institution & I'm delighted to still be able to enjoy it with family & friends.💞

  I always get the catfish so can't speak for other dishes. Catfish and Texas fries are always delicious. And I will keep going back for more and more. Cheers!

  I don't know how anybody can give texaz grill A one or a 2 star rating I've been going there for over 30 years. It is the best food I've ever had. Every time I go in there and I can never eat everything. I take food home and I enjoy it the next day for lunch.

  Texaz Grill is a great place to visit if you enjoy beef dishes and classic American-style food. The beef was flavorful, tender, and cooked very well, with generous portions that made the meal feel satisfying without being overly complicated. The restaurant has a relaxed and casual atmosphere with a strong Texas-style character. It feels comfortable for families, couples, or groups of friends who simply want to enjoy a good meal together. The staff were friendly, attentive, and efficient, which made the whole experience even better. I also thought the prices were reasonable for the portion size and overall quality of the food. If you are looking for a place that focuses on beef, serves hearty portions, and offers a straightforward American dining experience, Texaz Grill is definitely worth trying. I would be happy to come back again and try more of their beef dishes next time.
