  My husband and I were meeting here for a quick lunch. He went to order and was told to use kiosk he said “No, I prefer to order” employee told him No.. Use kiosk.. My husband walked out. We’ve eaten here before and never had an issue not sure what situation was.. new staff.. whatever.. not my issue. Just thought you’d like to know . You lost two paying guests as well as the huge takeout order I was going to make for my staff..VERY DISAPPOINTED ☹️

  Clean place, clean bathrooms. My food took long, I didn’t even say anything. They offered me a free drink because they knew it took long, I wasn’t going to comment but I do appreciate the acknowledgment. Very nice staff in that as well

  This was an incredibly disappointing experience characterized by poor management and zero quality control. 04/25/2026 - 10:19pm - order number: 329 I originally ordered a Triple Double Crunchwrap and two beef burritos. Due to a “beef shortage” I was asked to settle for bean and rice substitutions. (They gave me 20% off $4.27) my order for the inconvenience.. Despite the downsell, the staff managed to leave the Triple Double Crunchwrap out of the bag entirely! To make matters worse, the veggie bowl was disgusting; the beans were completely burnt—not just overcooked, but charred remains scraped from the bottom of a pan. Several attempts to contact the store via telephone were ignored. It is highly unacceptable to charge customers for food that is either missing or unfit for consumption. I will not be returning to this location and would advise others to double-check their bags and food quality before leaving. This lack of professionalism and attention to detail has resulted in a complete waste of both my time and money. I expect a prompt response regarding a full refund for the missing and substandard items.
