  I’ve been coming to this Taco Bell for YEARS!! But had not been in a while & decided to come for a quick dinner. My husband & I ordered ahead & the sassy man with the TATTOOS & a feminine voice/tone at the drive through window was SO RUDE & had NO PATIENCE trying to find our order. My husband showed him the app & he clearly overwhelmed said “THE APP DOESN’T HELP ME ANY.” He made no eye contact & told my husband he had to go in the lobby to pick up…if you found the order, good customer service would hand it to us anyway & let us know that next time we need to go inside for pickup for whatever reason. He made so little eye contact that when my husband went in the lobby to pick up he didn’t even know he was there for a pick up. I saw another review about him from a few days ago & whoever is the manager needs to let him go. He’s the worst employee they’ve ever had — & again, I’ve been coming to this location for YEEEAARSS!! 😬

  Worst customer service today. Front window guy with the tattoos was the same person who took our order, very rude and was upset we wanted to take a look at the menu. Rushed us out and told us to go wait up front (we’re in the drive thru) then continued to say we made him late to his time crunch. How is that a customers problem? Very disappointed in this Taco Bell and whoever manages it. Would recommend better customer service, thanks. Plus he didn’t give me an opportunity to ask for mild sauce.

  Ordered a luxe cravings box. No special modifications or anything but it took a pretty long time for it to be made. The worst part of it was they forgot to give me a fork for the potatoes. I was already back at work when I realized so I had to eat it with my fingers. I'm in construction so there was no office fork to use

  Literally worst Taco Bell ever. Went with friends and we rode together and did 2 separate mobile orders and they made us go through the drive thru twice and took so long making the food the second time we went through. The first time they had the food ready and wouldn’t take our second order.

  This location in my opinion does not miss, at least for the late night crew here. I have ordered late pickup for a couple months now for this location to help supplement my busy life with my work and did my first delivery through DD on the date of this post. Quality still on point, accuracy on point, and delivery was earlier than expected. I know Taco Bell is big business, but this one knows how to make it feel mom & pop. Support this one.
