  This is my regular Taco Bell and I can almost always expect fast, friendly and accurate service.

  It's impressive how often this place messes up your order. I have family and friends who refuse to go to this location because they constantly forget items, don't make orders accurately (even with an upcharge), and the customer service they experience.

  I would like to formally express both appreciation and concern regarding my recent experience. Vicki provided excellent customer service—she was attentive, professional, and clearly committed to helping every customer. However, it was very concerning to see that she appeared to be the only employee actively working. She was handling multiple responsibilities at once, including cleaning the lobby, taking orders, and repeatedly stepping away to personally assist customers who needed to pay with cash, since the machines do not accept cash. This added an extra layer of responsibility that required her constant attention and movement. At one point, Vicki even stated out loud that she felt she was the only one working, which was alarming and uncomfortable to witness as a customer. Despite managing all of these duties, there were other staff members in the back who did not appear to be assisting and were instead talking and socializing. This lack of teamwork and support is unacceptable. No employee should be left to manage the entire operation alone while others are not contributing. It not only reflects poorly on the business, but also places unfair physical and emotional strain on a hardworking employee. Thank you, Vicki, for your dedication and outstanding service despite these circumstances. You deserve far better support from your team.
