  Well I don't know where to start! I ordered ahead online and decided last minute to go eat inside, huge mistake! It was filthy, like really really bad and not just the lobby behind the counter looked like the aftermath of a small concert, I literally saw the drive thru clerk kick trash on the floor while they stared at me! I went to the counter to pick up my food, its like 4pm on a Friday, they weren't too busy yet there were like 8-10 employees behind the counter/kitchen area and I wasn't even acknowledged for about 5 plus mins, at least 5 of the employees looked at me and just walked or turned away, 2 were having a convo around the counter and just carried on LOL. The pics I took aren't even the worst parts, I didn't want ppl to think I was taking pics of them so I didnt get the tables just some portions of the floors. We will skip this location for sure next time we want Taco Bell. Maybe they were having a bad day idk, usually this location is just extremely slow in the drive thur, it was our 1st time inside!

  Foods good. Theyre fast. But today i was here eating and an older gentleman came in and couldnt use the kiosk and asked for help and the ladies in the back started talking mad shit in Spanish out loud. Hes lucky he didnt understand because they were rude as hell. Eventually a lady came up and helped the man and even gave a discount which was awesome. The older lady in the back should be fired.

  I don't understand why when i order Supreme DLTs every freaking time the order is wrong. If I'm gonna pay 5 dollars for a taco I'm expecting it to be properly made not some garbage i have to throw away. Im ordering at night the only one in line, 3 of you working back there and i specifically tell you supreme taco's at the window counter and you still mess it up, please help me understand that.

  Doesn’t seem like the person taking the order was paying attention. Order was wrong and when I first got my food I got only one item out of the 6 and she looked annoyed as of why I was still waiting for the rest of my order when it was her mistake. Another thing is that I ordered 2 cheesy double beef burritos and I got nothing but beans and rice. Very disappointing. I understand it’s fast food but the lack of attention is quite disappointing.
