  I placed an order through Uber Eats. The Cinnabons were on separate sides of the bag. The 2 taco supremes meat was cold and they didn’t put my onions on there. The Diablo chicken nuggets were hard as a rock and cold. They should’ve been tossed a long time ago. I had to heat up my tacos and they won’t answer the phone. I’ve called and now it’s busy!!! I’ve never had an issue with this Taco Bell which is less than 10 mins away. I typically go in the morning or midday. Never on nights. Guess I’ll be calling in the morning or trying to get a regional or district managers contact info. Whomever is on this crew and/or the manager should think about if they would eat what they’re serving.

  Everything was excellent—the food was good, and the overall experience was very positive. I noticed a lot of negativity in other reviews, particularly about cleanliness. While there was some food on the tables and floor, it was limited to areas where people were actively eating. The staff is clearly doing their best to keep things clean, and it’s worth noting that messes are often caused by customers themselves after the fact. The staff was polite, well-presented in uniform with name tags and non-slip shoes, and everything from condiments to the parking lot was well maintained. There were even a few parking spots available, which is always a plus. The bathrooms were clean as well, though they do require a passcode. Overall, this is exactly the kind of place I’d feel comfortable letting my kids visit after school.
