We ordered our food and they gave us the wrong taco and it was cold, but it was okay. The cinnamon twist tasted like chlorine and when we ordered dessert, they messed up the order twice. While eating we saw a bug and there was trash on the floor there!

Also saw a cockroach

They gave us the wrong order, we told them, the guy walked around the back and gave us the same damn thing. Cinnamon twists tasted like the fryer needs to be cleaned. Disgusting environment.
- CMCara MelJun 6, 20265.0this location is the only reason i’m still giving taco bell my money. the service is so friendly and fast, sometimes they’ll even draw little smiley faces or leave notes on my boxes, which feels so much better than sbux because they’re not forced to lol. most importantly however, they still offer the build your own cravings box!! i was devastated to find out a lot of locations in phoenix have ceased to carry the best thing on the menu. on rare occasions they’ll be out of my beloved baja blast zero, or forget my sauces, but hey it’s fast food, and with my frequent visits (🫣) inconveniences were bound to hit me. but i’m still living mas thanks to this location !! ❤️🔔
