  Unfortunately I don't think this will amount to much but I recently started a job in the area and wanted to try taco bell after an extended hiatus but I was extremely disappointed in the level of coordination between customer service and the stores. First issue. I pulled thru the drive thru with somebody else's order the week prior. I filed a complaint with customer service and they responded with a $10 coupon. Ok sure I'll bite. I logged on and tried using the code and there was no way for me to input it on the App. I tried online and it kept repeating "can't place order" even after putting in the CC info for a negative bill. Finally I drove over to just speak to someone and they couldn't figure it out either. Finally they just gave me the order and sent me on. Absolute worst experience getting lunch ever. I'll be sure to delete all my info and never set foot in a taco bell again. Hopefully this finds someone else before they make the mistake of trying taco bell out.

  Dont come here. Waited 10mins to get help from staff, another 25 mins to get our order. Attitude from one worker 🙄...and we paid $56 for this nonsense 😒
