The food was extremely fresh, the service was fast, and Shaun and mason were extremely nice.

Guy with glasses had some awesome energy. This is one of the better subways I have been too. I have noticed some really bitchy customers as of recently while waiting in line.

I ordered on the app, was told there was no turkey when I got there. They were not allowed to do anything to fix it other than give me a refund. The app should let us know about these things. Your quality has gone down and it seems you care nothing about your customers time and gas. My son was disappointed. You suck Subway.

On 3/11/26 at approximately 5:30pm, I had the worst Subway experience in the over 30 years of going to Subway.
The young guy helping me (glasses, two black earrings) kept wiping his nose with his arm while making my sandwich. Watching someone do that while preparing food was pretty disgusting.
The music in the store was blasting so loud I could barely hear what he was asking me while ordering.
When he made the sandwich, he dumped a huge amount of the three sauces I asked for, which completely ruined it.
He was also talking with another employee about getting high after work while he was making my food, which felt really unprofessional.
Then he tried telling me the flat bread wasn’t included in the meal deal price, which I know isn’t correct.
The whole visit was frustrating from start to finish. Between the hygiene issue, the loud music, and the unprofessional behavior, it was an horrible experience.
The most disappointing part was that I sent a complaint about this to the corporate complaint site and provided my phone number and email address…No one ever contacted me back. Needless to say, I am no longer a Subway customer.
