    Love this location every time I come in I get the best welcome by the staff this location is always clean and really friendly.The manager Matthew is amazing he always nice and polite towards me

    Manager from that store very rude, big attitude. Disrespectful to customers who come in with an accent. Because of that he refused to provide a service and told me to leave for no reason in front of other customers behind me.

    I am absolutely livid. I just witnessed the most disgusting display of "customer service" at this location today (May 11th, around 11:40 AM).There was an elderly man—clearly his first time ever in a Subway—simply trying to order a meal. Instead of helping him, the employee behind the counter spent the entire time shaking his head and sighing like a petulant child every time the man asked a basic question. It was dehumanizing and painful to watch.Then it was my turn. Did I get a "hello" or even a "be right with you"? Nope. This worker completely ignored my existence and started working on a to-go order without saying a single word to my face. I finally had to snap and call him out on his blatant disrespect.To the owner: your staff is a complete disgrace to your brand. This person shouldn't be working with the public if they can't manage basic human decency. I hope there is serious disciplinary action taken, because the level of arrogance and disrespect I saw today was truly unreal. I’m done with this place. The employee's name is (MATT)

    I ordered two sandwiches through DoorDash. And they made both sandwiches the exact same and did not follow any of the topping instructions.
