  Made an order to pick up at 11:40pm. Went to pick it up the the drinks weren't mixed properly. Strawberry slushes were mostly white with a little bit of strawberry mixed in. They had forgotten my burgers and the lady who served me had a huge attitude. Saying the burgers were in the bag but they weren't and I kept explaining to her they were missing. She then makes a comment saying "see the is is what happens when you order so late, we're trying to go home we're tired". I understand that food service is difficult but she didn't need to give me that attitude. And yes I did give her a tip before the whole attitude came which I regretted after this experience.

  App offered free burger, bait n switched, charged full price. App wasn’t helpful. Store refused tefund. Called SONIC and agent hung up on me. Second attempt took 20+ minutes to asssit. While Corporation is trash! P.S. go to In-N-Out Burger!

  Food was greasy and not very good tasting. Service was good, they messed up my order one time but thats it, it was also pretty late.
