  At 748 e Mc Dowell rd,we went at 10 :13 p.m. ,1 of us was handing the blonde girl the payment & tip,while I was checking in the bags & I was saying that there wasn't any bbq sauce for the chicken bites & she asks if the guy that took the order asked & for 1,no he diddn't & 2,obviously i' m asking cause it's not in the bag & 3 I felt like reminding her she just got a tip & asking her if they're on a condiment shortage & we could tell 1 of the drinks was blue,not Dr pepper,but was fine thinking it was Powerade but I tasted it later,at home,since that 1 was mine & it was some type of awful soda I never tried before,which was even worse,ruined the order cause that's what I was stuck with to " wash the meal down"!As it is, annoying to be questioned about missing sauce,as it is on my other visits,whenever some asked what type of sauce I want,yet they don't put any in the bag then either!Like they're trained to ration it so much,with hopes the customers will go away & never get any.They're so skimp on everything when we can't get a refill,eventhough they expect their tip (cause the company won't even give them minimum wage)& it's not like we have access to condiments & napkins either,as other times,we find 1-2 single napkins or none!Come on,you charge $10-$20 per meal,you can do better than that & afford to pay employees & also a few little complimentary items that the meals surely cover & then some! After several chances,I must vent cause obviously, this must all be coming from above,to be so skimp & rude!

  Today's lunch that was ordered a bacon cheeseburger plain and dry. Today's lunch that was received a bacon cheeseburger without any bacon. It weird to me that they would assume that if I want it plain and dry that I would order a cheeseburger with bacon and then order it without bacon. If I wanted that then I would have ordered just a cheeseburger. Also tried calling to maybe get comped or a refund but absolutely nobody was answering as I let it ring for several minutes. Food tastes alright minus missing an essential part of a bacon cheeseburger...the bacon.

  We really enjoy this sonic, they are always consistent with food quality and service! Zander really goes above and beyond for the guests!

  The food has definitely improved since the last time. The hamburger was great actually and price was good. I will be back.

  The employees were well mannered and kind. The location was clean no debris around. If you need a quick and cheap bite to eat sonic is the way and this one works! Extra: Food quality unchanged.
