  They forgot my cheese sauce for my pretzel and did not have Reese peanut butter cup (as thts what I ordered on line) and so I picked brownie. It was disgusting the brownie peices tasted burnt? And I thru it away. I will not be back to this location.

  was about to eat here, and pay for the double dog deal, but when I ordered a cup of water; I changed my mind... I had to pay for the water, no free water cups in drive thru. 😫

  Since we moved nearby, we’ve been coming here, the service was always great, quick & easy. In the past 2wks, we’ve had 3x of poor food and poor customer service. 1st we ordered 2 chili dogs, & the buns were so stale they weren’t the slightest bit edible. I let it go because it was a rare occurrence. This past week, we’ve come 2x, & both times they messed up a burger. It was supposed to be plain, 2 patties w/ cheese, it’s pretty simple if they would read their screen correctly. Tell me why both times they put all toppings on the burgers & we had to wait 15-20mins for a burger to be remade & we were told, “Oh, we had to make the other orders that were ahead of you.” Um, what? Ahead of us? Please explain how those others were ahead of us, b/c they wouldn’t have been if our burger would’ve been made correctly the 1st time. We then requested to be given hot fries to eat with the burger since our fries were cold now. They needed the fries back that were cold, which honestly I didn’t care about, but like again, are you serious? We waited for 15-20 mins for your establishment to remake a burger w/ 2 patties & cheese only, & you’re worried about giving us an extra order of fresh fries b/c ours were cold now. We asked to speak to the manager, shocking, Stephanie, who appears to not be a day over 17. To the owner of this establishment, get it together, do better, & train these young adults/teens on proper customer service & get Stephanie some manager training.
