  Let me start by saying that I've ordered here before and generally have excellent service. However, they mess up at least one part of my order every time. I generally only ever order the same thing and don't actually come here often. This time however, was peak negligence. Ordered a large chicken bites, two foot long coneys with chili, no cheese, large drink and a bag of ice everything was fine until I opened the coneys. One was pretty well burnt and they both had cheese. Now usually I'll just assume I forgot to say something, but this time she repeated this order to me 3 times and it also reflects on the receipt. Like I said, service is good, good is always botched in one way or another not the price isn't too bad, not not cheap enough that burnt and incorrect are okay. The atmosphere is, well I'm unsure, I only use the drive thru. If you go here, check your food BEFORE you leave. Otherwise, not bad.

  First time ordering and never ordering again! Paid $60 for my order to miss an item. Ordered delivery and my milkshake didn't come covered and my cherry was missing! You could see it was taken out! So now I gotta throw my $8 shake away! Slushes and the milkshake were all melted into half water and half ice! App nor store had an option for a refund! I had to call the main (866) number 😒 now I gotta wait for them to process and call the store to approve the refund! NEVER order online!! Such a hassle and headache

  Great food. Usual, burgers, fries, Hot Dogs, etc. love the wavy fries and don't forget the Wavy Sauce. Didn't know about the sauce until I found it in my to go order. Wow, I am a big out of the box, something different condiments person. WOW the Wavy Sauce. One of a few places you can get a good basic hot dog. But wait , you can also get Chili, cheese and onions if you do desire.

  Just recently started coming to this location and I appreciate the customer service each time. I haven’t had a single experience that I didn’t like. I don’t like to talk to people so I order from the app, even if I’m already here, and I find that’s the best way to do things for me. Just the right amount of talking for good service, food quality is consistent, and I receive my food in a timely manner. I don’t get attitude for my late night/last minute orders. SHOUT OUT TO THE CARHOP ✨DESTINY✨ FOR HER AWESOME CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!!
