    Online order for pickup scheduled for 3:20-3:25. We arrived at 3:28 and nobody came out. It's now 3:43 and still nobody has brought our food out!!!

    customer service is awful. didn’t get the right add-in, or any add-in at all. card & tap readers apparently don’t work & staff isn’t aware of it. just overall not a good location

    It seems you have to wait for service to take ur order either at the drive thru or if you order at the pull up spaces, have to wait to pay for your order cuz screen doesn't work.

    I go to sonic all the time never had an issue with anything or anyone. Food is always good. Service is always good and fast.
