This is a great place to visit when you’re on vacation and just for every day food. The vibes are amazing and the food is just impeccable. I will definitely come again while visiting Phoenix Arizona. Shameless plug if you want to try their Jamaican food location try Desert Island Eatery In Phoenix.
Had a wonderful late lunch here today! The atmosphere is beautiful and perfectly balanced—not overdone at all. The owner was so friendly, professional, and inviting.
It is self seating and you order at the counter.
The food was genuinely phenomenal. That vegan mac and cheese is the absolute best I've ever had! As a picky meat eater, I loved the boneless chicken, it was right up my alley. The seasoned kale was perfectly balanced and full of flavor without being too salty. Highly recommend this place!
It is really nice to have good food for us people who are big on healthier alternatives of the typical foods eaten. Thank you!

This restaurant is one of the best we've ever been to. The food is flavorful, healthy, and delicious! The owner is very welcoming & kind. Her menu has a great variety of choices and vegan items are clearly labeled. The portions are perfect & can even be shared. We tried the Vegan Sol Bowl, and loved every bit of it! That was a perfect dish to try a good selection of the menu.
The decor is beautiful and there's great music playing. We will definitely be back!
Highly recommend if you are in the area. This restaurant is a great addition to this plaza. This location is perfect for vegans (and non vegans!) & we love going to every restaurant/cafe on this corner. SoLuna is definitely our new favorite!
Have you ever seen Ratatouille? The scene where the food critic takes a bite and is immediately transported into the past? I experienced that at this fun, well-decorated, vibe filled restaurant. The owner, who was super inviting, helped me and my family navigate the vast vegan items on a menu with something for all, from meat eaters to plant based diners. These vegan options aren’t just sides, substitutions, or half measures. Full vegan meals right alongside a full list of omnivorous options. And the food? Every bite was worth the money, a rarity in this economy. The cucumber limeade, the island sorrel, and the sea moss shake were so delicious even my picky six year old was enthusiastic. Everything was perfect, but the bite that took me back to Memphis, TN circa 1999? The pineapple ginger glazed yams. The warmth spread from the ends of my hair to the tips of my toes. This place is a new Phoenix treasure and (in my opinion) a new vegan option that does not disappoint.

We found this Afro-Caribbean gem yesterday in the neighborhood. What a treasure! The restaurant is only about a month in its new location. It has great outdoor seating and a bright spotless interior. The menu has something for everyone and everything we tried was delicious!
My husband had the African chicken plate with kale greens and coconut rice. The greens paralleled traditional collards without meat and were just as tasty. The rice was fluffy with the wonderful hint of coconut and the chicken was spiced perfectly. I had the vegan Mac and Cheese and a side of sweet potatoes. Both were so delicious! I can’t eat fatty foods the way I used to and I miss comfort foods like that. It was creamy and dreamy and I had no problem devouring the entire share! The owner shared a new item she’d created as well: a roasted carrot ‘hot dog’ on bun with condiments. I was amazed at how good it tasted!
She has an excellent variety of menu options all centered around the Afro-Caribbean diaspora. Prices were reasonable and the customer service unparalleled!
