  Waited 40 mind at 2:35 for burgers and fries Hispanic dude was rage baiting the black female worker and I literally had to help him do his only job and issue or the orders and he could not do that right, they stop taking orders due to them being backed up but had over 6 ppl work smh all of the customers were looking like dang I can do their job what a absolute joke, made me clock in late from lunch SMH, need a real manager holla at me I'll get them all in check and they can leave

  This location is an absolute clown show. I waited 40 minutes for a burger and fries—not a catering order, not a five-course meal, just a burger and fries. After watching the staff stumble through basic fast-food operations with no urgency, organization, or competent leadership, I finally asked for a refund and left hungry. A restaurant that cannot produce its core menu item in 40 minutes has no business calling itself “fast casual.” The team appeared completely lost, and management was either incapable of controlling the operation or simply didn’t care. Either way, the result was the same: wasted time and no food. And don’t bother responding with the usual copy-and-paste garbage about how you’re “sorry to hear this” and would “love the opportunity to make it right.” I already gave you that opportunity when I placed my order and waited 40 minutes for you to do the bare minimum. I’m not interested in contacting you privately so you can pretend this was resolved. Stop using generic apologies as a substitute for accountability. Train your employees, hire competent management, and fix the chaos inside this restaurant. Your customers should not have to perform a post-incident consultation to explain why failing to serve a burger and fries within 40 minutes is unacceptable.

  Went to this location during lunch hour with coworkers. The service was amazing even though it was extremely busy at the time. The food came out picture perfect. Gio & Lisa were both amazing.

  Lisa, really helped me out, I was running errands and had never been to smash burger. She helped with my food what to pick and even helped when I came back in with additional questions. I felt well taken care of and not rushed, it was a breath of fresh air.
