  I had a bad experience here. The workers were fighting back and forth. It was a very hostile environment. I came in around 1pm. The food took forever and the guy that gave us out food dropped the burger bun in front of us. We were missing fries too.

  Food is great. The problem here is that management never has enough people scheduled to service their customers. Been here many times and the service is always poor, but I thought it was always worth it just to get a decent burger. However, last time I went here was the last straw. I ordered through the app on the way home from work so my food would be ready by the time I arrived. When I arrived, there was 7 people standing by the bag packer station waiting for food. There was 3 people waiting to order. And there was literally 15 burgers sitting on the counter waiting to be packed. My food just sitting there getting cold why the singular lady who had to ran the whole front was sitting there looking lost. I sat there 10m waiting to just grab my bag and the lady at the front hadn't done anything. She must've been new, but wow that service was messed up. So I went up to look at the names of the bags myself just so I could grab it and go and I got some attitude. Then I told her to cancel it and just left. I honestly don't blame that girl. She looked new and was thrown in the deep end. I blame management / corporate for being trash. How are you going to schedule 1 singular worker, who is also new btw, to run the whole of the front during rush hour? Just like corporate offices everywhere, they can't help but destroy their brand for some short term profit. I've been going here once a week for quite awhile now, but that was the last time. The quality food isn't worth it for the poor service. And lets be honest with ourselves here, it won't be long before management kills their food quality too just like every other place. Not Recommended

  Food usually takes about 20 mins longer than it should and somehow is always cold? Front cashier lady always has an attitude.Wont be back! Update: Put in a complaint online the day it happened still no response 5 days later lol Final update!!! Maddy helped a girl out and completely took care of me when I called in! I went in and she re made my food to perfection! Smashburger is lucky to have her!!!

  Drove 10 miles to get here so I could get here before they close got your 5 minutes before they close and they already had the grills cleaned and wouldn't serve me food. Extremely frustrating.

  Food is fresh, done to perfection, with great use of veggies and condiments. The people working are frindly, and attentive. Atmosphere is clean, with choice of booth or regular table and chairs. This is a great location, with a lot of happy customers.
