They didn’t issue a complete refund and after spending a few weeks, calls, and email exchanges trying to get the rest back, I finally said forget it and charged it back. Friendly people but they do not have it together operationally

When we asked how long til they would serve people, they said "at least 30-45 minutes. And, we ran out of buns." So, we went next door and ate. When we were leaving next door, we saw that they were closing up for the day...over 2 hours early.

When i asked the cashier he confirmed he gave it away to another person .. and he didnt know what to do... cashier needs to realize once the order is missing he needs to re make the order .... do better ... this place its already expensive and plus no urgency from the workers i was waiting for my order like 25+ mins ...
