- EEErAug 16, 20261.0Don't bother going back 9pm. They hate their customers shopping close to closing time. They dim the lights and when you complain they tell you that's how they do things around here. Even though other safeways don't. They repeatedly say how many mins to close. Jerry is rude and terrible manager all around. The cashier didn't hold back at giving me attitude when i said her manager was terrible. I'm a customer show some respect.

She didn’t greet me when I came to her register and she opened my bag that had bagels inside and she could have simply asked me how many were in there. She acted like she had an attitude and she was just standing there and didn’t tell me my total and I asked her. The bagger as well was rude, she placed my bags in the cart and I told her thank you and she also had an attitude and didn’t say anything. She also put my donuts in sideways, didn’t keep them upright (common sense) I only had one lady in produce out of all the people out on the floor who greeted me and was nice. This is the first time getting horrible customer service!! I also used to work in retail and would never think to treat people the way I was treated today!! You never know what a person is going through so a simple hi could make a difference.

They gave me a bag of chicken nuggets that you can tell was extremely old. I asked him I don’t mind waiting For another batch, they told me around 10 minutes.i went shopping They put the old chicken nuggets into the fryer like I wouldn’t notice And I didn’t say anything because I thought they would be fresh. They were extremely hard and old still. You can tell they didn’t even leave them in there for long. I feel like after I left they took him out because when I was handed them, they were extremely cold. Honestly, what terrible customer service coming from Safeway I shop And shop at the food service area, but the way I was treated and made a fool was extremely bad
