For starters all the produce when you walk in is organic and not clearly marked. To get regular produce you have to go all the way to the back where there is only a small selection and not fresh.
They surround the section with pre cut packages that are outrageously expensive but when you look around, those same produce items are extremely difficult to find, like they hide them on purpose.
There are visuallly rotten tomatoes and fruits. Every time I get home, the potatoes and onions are rotten throughout and the packaged berries have mold so I don't buy produce from there anymore.
I've never seen any milk that doesn't expire within a week.
The bakery is decent, specifically the fresh baked rolls and bagels but if you don't get there early they run out. I've tried their banana nut muffins (in the donut case) but they have zero banana flavor.
When they have sale items they're not stocked and there's no end caps with a larger supply. For instance, buy 2 get 2 free soda but there'll only be 2 cases. The day the ad comes out they have low or no stock on everything, the worst being the meat section.
They also stock during the busiest days and times cluttering up the aisles instead of at night. This is obviously an ongoing problem as the majority of negative reviews mention it.
Every employee I have interacted with in the aisles don't smile, are seemingly bothered by questions and make no attempt to move out of the way. The only really nice women employees are at the self checkout and the one checkstand they keep open.
Like most stores, they try to trick you with the online coupons. For instance, on senior day you don't automatically get the 10% off, you have to "clip" it. You think you're getting a deal but have to watch out for "delivery" or "pickup" only. Be careful and read thoroughly! Despite everything else, their carts are the best in the game.

Who let this girl GOEL work at the customer service desk? She has no Customer Service skills. She needs to learn how to speak to customers. She is apparently not happy about her job and being there she is absolutely not patient with no communication skills.RUDE hopefully it was just today your there to provide CUSTOMER SERVICE not bossy services
