  So I received my bouquet delivered to me it was a gift from my husband... flowers were very pretty..a couple broken.. but overall very pretty. He did a couple add ons, balloons and chocolates. Do not be fooled because their quote unquote "premium chocolates" that are an extra $19.99 are just a random bag of $7 Lindt chocolates in a tiny bag as pictured. While I loved my gift I didn't know till my husband got home and saw the chocolates and was livid. They are making bank off these bouquet deliveries. They might as well be honest and just put bag on Lindt truffles. But letting the person know they are about to blow $20 on an $8 bag. That's like concession or prison pricing jacking it up so high. Safe to say he won't be using safeway again for future deliveries because of that. The items in the photo cost my husband over $100!! and that's not with delivery think about it.

  Drove past 5 different grocery stores this morning to buy donuts from Safeway just to get treated like trash from the woman who was in self checkout. I only had 3 items but for some reason the card reader would not allow me to pay. When i asked the lady for help she first insulted me by telling me what the machine says (insert, swipe, or tap card) I told her i did and it wouldn’t work. She then responds that she doesn’t know and ask if i have another card. Never suspended transaction or rerang the order herself. Very condescending and very rude. I had to put my items down and walk away. She continued to belittle me as i walked away to her other co workers and other customers. I told her she was hella rude and walked away. This all took place in self checkout 9/23/26 in self checkout. Blonde fast talking cashier. Very sarcastic and condescending should not be working with people early in the morning with that type of attitude. She also told me she had too much going on. No excuse for being rude to customers at 7 in the morning.

  I don’t know how no one else has complained, the parking lot smells like literal poop. Human feces. I come here all the time, lately it wreaks of sh!t very strongly especially near the carts by the entrance, disgusting!

  This place has gone downhill in the last few years. I started picking up my orders to avoid inside the store. I waited 20 minutes for my last order before going inside. No one seemed to wanna help. I was ignored at the customer service associate and pickup associate was unprofessional and unapologetic. Staff in store never ask if you need help. Expect homeless outside and inside the store constantly. The parking lot is not well maintained. The only positive left in this store is the deli and bakery staff. I started traveling to other location for my safeway needs.

  Store is clean. You can find everything easy. I like this store and they are very helpful
