  I want to give Safeway credit where it is due. After bringing the issue to their attention, my missing items were refunded promptly. I appreciate the quick resolution and the fact that they took care of the financial issue. I had a very disappointing experience with my recent Safeway pickup order on 16th st and Southern My order was approximately $116, and when I picked it up, 7 items were missing. I later discovered that I had still been charged for approximately $25 worth of items that I did not receive that where added to my order. I hope Safeway addresses this issue because customers should not have to spend their time tracking down refunds!!! for items they never received and were still charged for.

  Although I was a visitor i could see some regular customer to staff interactions that had a personal feel to it. On more than one occasion I overheard customer interactions with employees that was above and beyond the employees just doing their jobs, they were providing a connection for the customer that needed more than groceries. Great job

  2 because the items are always fresh, but still really upsetting, came in at 9 am got a full cart of groceries more than 60 items for sure, went to go check out to find out there are no lanes open only sled check out. Asked the person who was there if there was any person available for the check out ,she stated she's went on break and that if I wanted to check out that way I would have to wait for that person to come back from break to be checked out. I was really annoyed because instead of her helping me or anything she stood near me when I was given no choice but to self check out, she stood near like if I was going to steal items! The worst shopping experience ever. I thought self check out was for express items 15 or less. For the person in the self check out today, thanks for nothing.

  I am very unpleased, I bought an 18 pack egg carton Sunday night for this week and I had to throw away the whole thing since the eggs had what appears to look like mold. Here is a picture of one of the eggs.

  I was extremely happy that customer service late at night helped me with my carts, took them outside for me and loaded my items into my vehicle 💢🫯 amazing savings 126.83. very professional even though I was the last customer with all these items 🍓🍒🍎🍅🍉🍌🥭🍍🍋🥭🍑🥝🫛🫑🫐🍇🍄‍🟫🥐🍗🥩🌮🥨🍔🫔🌮🍜🍣🦞🥮🍰🍦🍯🍵 86 all together with two carts. For me going in there right before closing time I understand how hard it is for these employees to work. And they kept it professional 🤘🤘
