  I really don’t understand why they use A.I pictures of their employees for the employee of the month board that is propped up near the customer service department. In my opinion if you’re using A.I pictures of your employees you don’t care enough about them to take the time out of your day to take a picture of the employees you “value” so much. It’s unappealing and gives off the vibe of selling your morality for generated slop. If you want to make your employees feel wanted and valued, why not take the terrible A.I down and actually take pictures of them so people know WHO IS DOING A GOOD JOB. No one can be recognized by a computer generated slop photo. waste of water, electricity, and people’s time.

  Thank you for having paper bags as an option. This is the only grocery in the area to offer them. This alone will keep me coming back.

  This safeway has to have one of the intentionally worst most inconvenient experiences of any grocery store I've ever had to suffer through. When you first walk in you are greeted by an one way electronic gate, which has an alarm if you backtrack because you left something in your car or try to exit the way you came. Its designed to funnel you back out through a separate single exit point (feels like it'd be fun in a fire or other evacuation situation). While you're shopping you get to experience a second store inside the first store, where checkout is sometimes optional but during peak hours it isn't, causing long waiting times to buy alcohol and pharmaceutical products because its a single associate checking out, working the gate, and dealing with customerw. They expect you to buy these products separately, but if you do your shopping beforehand, because you only want to pay once, then they're always the rudest employees in the store because it's not designed for volume. And finally, the entire design of the exit intends to funnel the majority of the customers through the self checkout, so what have they done to facilitate this plan? They've made the asinine decision to put up obstacles in the middle of self check out and create traffic jams where people hit each other with carts as they checkout. They're probably going to say its the stop petty theft. I don't care. Its inconvenient, it wastes time, they're rude about it, and Albertsons as a corporation is worth 6 billion dollars. It doesn't matter to me, the consumer. I wish they'd go out of business and a frys would buy the lot. Maybe one day
