Very unprofessional staff working this evening, serving mediocre food at best. A new employee was working and she stated that it was only her second time wrapping a burrito, which is completely understandable and we were patient with her. However, the staff and who I believe was the manager, proceeded to laugh and crack jokes towards her instead of helping her. They didn’t offer to rewrap, just let her struggle. Because they were so busy giving her a hard time, no one asked about sides for our quesadilla and the lady ringing us up was not friendly and barely spoke. The chicken was chewy and the lemonade tasted like cleaner. Basic customer service was most definitely nonexistent this evening.

What really stood out, though, was the service—David was awesome. He was friendly, quick, and made sure everything was done right. You can tell he actually cares about the customers and takes pride in his work, which made the whole experience even better. Definitely one of the better visits I’ve had—I'll be coming back for sure.
