  Great pizza, and quick service. My order was hot and ready on time. Friendly staff and a good overall experience. Will definitely order from this Pizza Hut location again!

  They are slammed and look short handed maybe 4 ppl working. Didn’t get names but the front cashier was super friendly and apologetic and hustling around just like the cooks. My pizza was looking fresh and hot. Thank you guys! Will be back. :)

  I ordered online; a large pizza, side of fries, a hutbox, side ranch, & side marinara sauce. I walked to the restaurant to do pickup since I live fairly close. It wasn't until after walking home I realized that I was missing the side items - both sauces & the fries. I drove back to the restaurant expecting it to be a quick and easy fix. The first thing I asked the girl behind the counter was if the hutbox came with a side, because I wanted to be sure before I said I was missing one. Once she said it did, I let her know that I had only gotten one. Before I could finish explaining that there were also condiments missing from the order she asks me if I can bring back the fries. At this point I'm getting irritated, because that would mean a third trip, so I asked her does she really need me to go home to get the fries. Her response to me is to not give her attitude. At that point I'm pissed, because I'm feeling as though I'm being made out to be the issue for wanting them to give me what I paid for. At I tell her as much. Since my voice is now rising, another employee comes over to the register to see what's happening. I turn my attention to this second employee because I thought she was the one who'd checked me out the first time and would remember she'd only given me one order of fries. She said she didn't remember. So I explained the entire situation to employee #2, at which point employee #1 tells me both orders of fries were put into the same box. I'd looked into that box of fries when I took them home and I know for a fact that it was not a double order, and that I also did not get the condiments I paid for so the fries weren't even the only thing they forgot. Employee #2, who couldn't recall checking me out 10 minutes earlier, now had perfect recall of the fact that she'd personally packed my order & knew it was double the normal amount. I obviously would not accept that since I knew it to be false - I order the hutbox probably 2-3x a month and I know how much fries come with it. So eventually #2 tells #1 to drop another order. I had to go outside while waiting for the fries to cook because, despite these employees trying to act as if I was out of control, I actually had been holding my composure with everything in me and I wasn't going to be able to stay inside without actually getting disrespectful. Once I finally got my fries, I had to ask for my sauces again because even with #2's perfect memory recall she still 'forgot'. No apology, just rolling eyes and acting like they did me a favor. And to make matters worse, by the time I got home to eat my food it was cold. Everyone makes mistakes, but the way they handled it being brought to their attention was a choice. I don't make a habit of paying to be treated badly, so I won't be back. Which is a shame, because I'd been a regular before this.

  I don’t usually go inside pizza stores because delivery is the best was to go but I went In 1909 W Baseline Rd Pizza Hut it was small but it was welcoming I was greeted as soon step in and when I walked in the door the lady with the purple hair and green eyes I didn’t get her name but help me with my order after she finished getting my order she handled the old person situation in a professional and respectful way she has great customer service would love to come back in person again thank you for your time.
