- EBEric BlouirSep 17, 20261.0Ordered through their app. Idk why they no longer have their own delivery drivers and they outsource to door dash, but its ridiculous! Door dash sent 3 drivers and on the 3rd driver, the order was cancelled due to the store being closed. On a Thursday mid day. We called the store and they told us their system was down and they weren't receiving any of the orders. I was still charged for the order and now need to keep an eye on my bank account and hope for a refund. What kind of unorganized chaos has pizza hut turned into these days? I'd recommend that you don't order delivery from them, and its probably best not to order them at all, because their pizza sucks these days anyways.
- KAKassandra AmentSep 13, 20261.0If I could give this location a 0 stars I would. This location is the absolute worst. I can count more incorrect orders received than correct ones and they pretty much never answer the phone when we call to report that our food was made incorrectly. The staff is rude and unhelpful. If you have the option of going to a different location I would recommend it.
- KJK. JacksonSep 13, 20261.0I am not certain what has become of quality and taste but after ordering a pizza from Pizza Hut it was terrible. It was spongy and light lacking body, close to jiffy quick batter and lacked that crispy crust, and the tomato sauce was a bit overpowering where the flavors were not balanced and the tomato paste was what you tasted with the hint of pungent cheese… Pizza Hut it’s back to the drawing board because for the price I paid no thanks! Also the kicker was the delivery person I noticed tossed the pizza onto the porch and snapped a picture and was about to leave before turning back picking it up realizing that would really get them in trouble.
