  I ordered a pizza to be delivered and they never delivered it. I tried calling and got an absolute run around. They played phone tag for an hour with a store that don't answer their phone. Shame on you!

  The white guy that helped me out was great just not the food I don’t know who made it but they did not follow instructions to the recipe cause the pasta that I ordered was nasty it tasted like pasta with milk and seasonings which was not good at all I waited 25 mins for that :/

  Ordered 2 pizzas with extra sauce. They were delivered with no sauce. Called multiple times obviously with no answer so we drove down to have them remake it only for it to still be wrong. Pizza Hut is so bad they had 6 people working at night and everyone’s just on their phones and hanging around with a line out of the drive thru. Won’t go back here, will definitely keep directing customers away as well.

  I waited a month to have them resolve my order I ordered delivery they sent order to wrong house than canceled my order I've went online with the customer service chat 4 times I've tried calling them 4 times busy signal and then they hang up this isn't just bad service but unethical I finally had to lookup up similar situations on reddit and disputed transaction with bank if they do actually refund you it takes up to a month on average from what I read
