  I placed a delivery order from this location on Sunday, August 9th at 11:33am. It took an hour for me to receive my order. It was supposed to arrive by 12:09pm. It didn't arrive until 1pm. The food was lukewarm from being in that heating bag for so long. The crust was soggy...I ordered the ultimate bundle for $29.99. It comes with 2 medium pizzas on any crust, any toppings and any recipe, with my choice of bread sticks, cheese sticks or dessert sticks, 8 boneless wings and any 2 dips. 1st, I ended up paying almost $60 bucks, double the price advertised. 2. I ordered one pan crust meat lovers w/ mushrooms and the thin crust spicy chicken sausage pizza. The meat lovers was missing toppings, it only had pepperoni, ham and the mushrooms I added. The crust was soggy. The thin crust chicken sausage pizza, the crust was soggy and the sausage smelled like old meat, the smell was sickening. The cheese sticks and wings were ok. I also ordered the smores sticks, those were hard as rock. The toppings fell off as soon as I picked them up to bite it, most Def didn't enjoy those. I redeemed points for a free Pepsi, it was so hot as if it had been sitting outside. Tracking my order, the driver was just driving around my area, constantly passing my apartment complex. It was a 3rd party driver, although I ordered through the pizza hut app, it was delivered by a doordash driver. I reached out to the driver he claimed to be lost, and didn't know where I was located, although he had my address. I gave him directions to my home, 30 minutes later he's still not here. I tried reaching back out to the driver a few times via text and calling. He never answered my calls and stopped responding after he stated he didn't know where i was located. He didn't even confirm that he receive the directions I texted him. I'm still watching the map, it looked as if he pulled into my complex and then left back out. That's when I called the store, I was on the phone for over 15 minutes with the employee trying to help me track the driver. He finally arrived after almost 20 minutes on the phone with the pizza hut employee and an hour of waiting. I also tipped on the app prior to receiving my order, which can't be reversed. I partially checked my order while i was still on the phone with the employee, just the temp, my concern was if it was still hot. I explained that the thin crust pizza was extremely soggy and that the food was lukewarm. Instead of replacing the whole order, I was only given a $15 credit after spending almost $60 bucks including tip. The delivery driver was highly apologetic, he claimed to be lost but I saw him clearly on the map in my neighborhood and riding off in a wholeother direction. It's not hard to find. I was highly disappointed and dissatisfied after noticing all of the other flaws in my order. This is totally unacceptable. My whole order should've been replaced. I'll be reaching out to corporate.
