  Horrible customer service! To top it off it was by the manager "Brandon". I placed an online order yesterday for boneless wings and was given bone in wings. I called spoke to Ethan (manager) and he apologized for the error and told me they would remake them. I couldn't go back yesterday so I was told to come today. I called spoke to Brandon he was so VERY rude and disrespectful that I dont even know how he still has a job. I told Brandon what happened the day prior and wanted to let him know I was on the way to get the wings. He stated "yea sure right we mess the order" he stated several other things but I will not type out. I will be reaching out to corporate. The girl at the register stated he has had so many complaints from customers. Its ridiculous if you dont like your job leave this is business and customer deserves to be treated properly at the least.

  Ethan greeted us with a smile, stopped what he was doing to take our order. Didn't hesitate or frown on any specific changes we made, and it was 5:37 pm. The dinner hour for most places, the restaurant was clean, people came and went quickly and the whole vibe was mellow. I've been coming here for years

  They are always swift. Food is always fresh. I really appreciate fresh dough. It really matters! They also go over behind there services. They make sure all items are with order. Reminds me of when I ran my own store. Your services is greatly appreciated. Thanks! Keep up the wonderful, beautiful work.
