  Pizza Hut made our family pizza night easy and affordable. The staff was incredibly friendly, patient, and helpful, taking the time to explain all the specials and deals so we could choose the best option for our family. Their recommendations helped us get a great value without feeling rushed. The service was welcoming, and it was clear they genuinely cared about making sure we had a good experience. If you’re looking for good customer service and helpful staff who make family night both enjoyable and budget-friendly, this location definitely delivered.

  This is the second time that I've ordered pizza from the Bell road location. Both times the pizza was undercooked. They did not pay attention to the special instructions to put light cheese on the pizza. It had a ton of sauce and cheese so much that it was a goopy mess and soggy crust. It was seriously the worst pizza I've ever had. Save your money and go elsewhere! I will not be ordering from them again.

  READ REVIEWS BEFORE YOU ORDER. This is completely management's fault this store is the worst Hut in Phx. They will not answer the phone. If you order through the app, and they mess up your order. You HAVE to go in personally if you want to eat, hours after you ordered! They are only 2 out of 5 that your deliveries will be correct. For me anyway. To fix your order, the ONLY way is to go to the website, get into chat area, fill out a complaint then wait 24 to 72 hours for a response from the manager. Pizza hut needs a better store manager here. Look how many reviews are the same or similar complaints. If employees took any pride in their work this store can make money. But bad management of those employees has got to change. *Answer the phone. We know you hear it ringing, because we have to go there to fix our meal, and hear it. *Stop being in such a hurry that you mess up an order...repeatedly. *train employees to use their eyes and look at what they are doing and management double checks everything. * your work environment needs to be fun, but professional. *Enjoy being at work, take pride in your work. *promptly answer the phone. Calm down the upset person who's order you messed up. Apologize and try and fix the order. Maybe offer a free drink to people that have to come in for you mistake. *it's just a job to you, but we expect to get what we pay for. We get deliveries because we can't always leave. It ruins a complete day for us. *higher prices and poorer service is how you run you business into the ground. *the high delivery prices, and the expected tip about went up from 15% to 18% and up. The delivery guy, can lose a tip and look bad for them when the pizza hut can't get orders right. My last 3 orders have all had a mistake, I'm sick of it.
