I recently placed an online order at this Pizza Hut location, and my experience was far from great. The online tracker stated that my order would arrive within 45 minutes, and after an hour without any updates, I called the store to ask for a status on my order. The employee who first answered my call proceeded to call me “darling” and disconnected the call after I gave him my name for the order… I proceeded to call back several times, and only after several attempts was I answered by a different employee, who also hung up on me having me provide my name numerous times and leaving the phone to talk to other employees. Finally, the order arrived about an hour and a half later, and the food that arrived was completely incorrect! I received a large pepperoni pan pizza and a medium cheese pan pizza, as well as an order of undercooked cheese bread… I ordered two stuffed-crust cheese pizzas and an order of cheese bread that I hoped would be cooked. In sum, my order was extremely late, the employees at this Pizza Hut location completely lacked customer service skills, and I ended up not receiving the food that I actually ordered.

Got the large 3 item pizza. Had 2 of each item on each slice. I should have picked all pepperoni. Would have gotten a regular pepperoni. You get what you pay for. I haven't eaten pizza hut in a long time. Was excited. Now I remember why I stopped eating pizza hut to begin with

This is my THIRD time here today on DoorDash delivery and the employees here have been so amazing. It being a Football Thursday, it’s been quite busy but they’ve been pumping out orders like clockwork. Thank you guys for your hustle and professionalism today!

5/5 Stars Hands down one of the best Pizza Hut spots around. Ordered for carryout and everything was fresh, piping hot, and ready right when the tracker said it would be. Crust was crisp, toppings were generous, and the staff at the counter were super cool and efficient. Zero complaints—definitely making this my regular go-to location.
