  Genuinely one of the worst delivery experiences I’ve ever had. My food was hours late and never showed up, and somehow the store also couldn’t manage the incredibly difficult task of answering a phone. I called multiple times, sat on hold, tried to cancel, and got absolutely nothing back. No update, no apology, no explanation just silence until the store closed. If a restaurant is this incapable of handling a basic order and communicating with customers, they have no business taking delivery orders at all. Completely useless customer service, terrible management, and an embarrassing way to run a store. Save yourself the headache and order literally anywhere else.

  I ordered a large pizza with three items pepperoni sausage and pineapple. I got pepperoni and pineapple I didn't get sausage I got ham the tasted like it was bad.

  Pizza was way overcooked and tasted terrible. My kids didn't even want to eat it. Contacted customer service that said they'd refund me but never did. Don't plan to go back.

  Ordered delivery. They forgot my sauce, delivered cold pizza. I didn’t ask for contactless delivery. They didn’t ring the door. They left it on the ground and the pizza box was opened. Tried to call the store and they aren’t answering.

  Great location, friendly staff, tasty pizzas, and clean facilities. My favorite pick up location for 10 years or so and always come here. Thank you Chas for your service. (I don’t know why people posted negative reviews, this location always treated me well)
