  Never properly staffed so pick up orders take 20-30 min longer than app states when placing the order. And app time doesnt change. Drive through slow. Front door slow. Workers slower.

  This Pizza Hut is basically takeout only. You cannot go inside, so you either use the drive-thru pickup window or stand outside at a small pickup window next to the door. The surrounding area is pretty rough and dingy, with a noticeable homeless presence and several nearby bus stops. If you're picking up during the summer, keep in mind that you may be standing outside in the heat. I spent around $70 feeding my family. Originally I ordered delivery, but after finding out they use DoorDash, I canceled it and decided to pick it up myself. I ended up having to reorder online because the specials available online weren't the same as what I could get over the phone. Pizza Hut should offer consistent pricing and specials regardless of how you place the order. The older woman who helped me at pickup was actually very nice. Because some wings from my canceled order had already been made, she gave me the extras rather than throwing them away, which I really appreciated, and I tipped her for taking care of me. Unfortunately, the order still wasn't completely correct. I ordered two Thin 'N Crispy pizzas but received one Thin 'N Crispy and one hand-tossed. The food itself wasn't bad, and I actually still prefer Pizza Hut's pizza over Domino's, but after spending $70 I expected the order to be right. I wasn't going to drive all the way back over one pizza. Another strange part of the experience is that calling the number listed for the restaurant connected me to an outside call center rather than directly to the store. To their credit, the representative I spoke with was professional and helpful. My biggest disappointment isn't really with the individual employee who helped me she was great. It's with the overall Pizza Hut experience. Growing up, Pizza Hut was a staple, and pizza delivery used to mean ordering directly from the restaurant and having one of their own drivers bring your food. Now everything feels outsourced, stripped down and impersonal. I can't recommend this particular location based on my experience. If you do order here, I would recommend ordering online, double-checking everything, and picking it up yourself. Pizza Hut still makes a decent pizza, but the company needs to do better with the overall customer experience. I'd love to see them bring back some of what made classic Pizza Hut great even smaller dine-in restaurants with that old-school Pizza Hut feel. There's still a good product underneath it all. They just need to give people a reason to come back.

  This is the only location I go to in the whole valley. Amazing service, quick, efficient and always great pizza! 5 out of 5 stars!!!

  If i could give this experience one word it would be amazing the man who helped me I believe his name was Anthony it was like he was cooking happiness in a kettle actually happiness? Yes actually happiness he made my wings so good I've never had wings like these before I already know I'm going to be coming here way more after this thank you Anthony for making this experience so good

  I placed an order for a pizza, but I received the wrong one. I called the location that made the order, and instead of correcting their mistake, I was told that I would have to place a brand-new order if I wanted the correct pizza. They offered to refund only $23.19, even though I paid $44.26, saying they could not refund the delivery fee or the taxes. That makes absolutely no sense. This was not my mistake. It was theirs. I received a pizza I did not order, and it was also a smaller size than what I paid for. Customers should not have to pay delivery fees, taxes, or place a second order because of an error made by the restaurant. This was very disappointing customer service, and I hope the company reviews its policy because it is unfair to customers.
