- EAEdna AguilarJun 6, 20263.0The guy that works here is wonderful comparing to the lady that is here today I ask her to change her gloves cause she touch papers that were under the prep table she only went to the compartment sink and rinse them and she said that wasn’t cross contamination sorry lady I’m a kitchen manager and I did my test and study so please don’t try and tell me that’s not cross contamination when you grab dirty sheets of paper and then wanted to prepare my food thanks to Martin that he did his job correctly he is a number one on what he does. But the this woman Maria is discussing to work plus not following health rule for people that trust them to buy at their location is not ok.
