  The store was a complete mess! Employees standing around or stressed not enough employees. Which I wouldn't be surprised it's been run to the grown. Food is not fresh! pastries and bagels stale and not fresh they don't serve any specialty drinks. The General Manager is never around and I'm typically there early mornings and the manager there always seems to be too busy on her phone to take care of customers. My sandwich was soggy meat was all fat not even chicken and I had a remake after someone walked off with my food. The supervisor in charge gave me a refund and then told someone in the back to remake the food and they said I could wait! The supervisor in the front stated I had already waited 20 mins and then told the woman in the front she could make it. As they argued it finally was made but as I was leaving whoever was in the back screamed profanity and stated it was messed up. I hope that isn't an everyday thing. Was ridiculous and rude and the Manager takes care of that. I am greatful to the way the front of house handle with professionalism and not childish like the woman in the back did. I definitely will not be going again and Angela thank you for helping I believe that was her name and Clarissa was the name she gave me for the woman in the back act with professionalism.

  Every hot sandwiches are good. You can get your sandwich within 8mins after ordering.

  Amazing location. Love the food, coffee, and benefit rewards program. 'A+++' opportunity for 4.0 ASU Students to save. Management and employees are great. Child safety is not a concern for parents; between private security and municipal security close by. There's no need to have anything other than an enjoyable dining experience before or after your favorite Phoenix based sports team. Dining in, or To-Go, or even from an online service. Panera covers all the bases and delivers. Don't forget to consider planning early for catering opportunities. Spring is in full affect and summer gatherings would be a 'Panera plus'. This location is definitely a great g(r)ain in the desert of the Phoenix, metropolitan area.

  Food is not too bad and what one could expect at an Airport. A staff member and supervisor were both rude to my partner and displayed a surly and unprofessional attitude.

  My experience here was wonderful. From the entire staff. Peyton was a great help with everything. The customer service was top tier and I highly recommend this restaurant for a bite to eat while waiting for your flight.
